I bought my Nectar about two years ago and I really wish I hadn’t. It is a bad mattress. It was great the first few months, fine at the end of the year “trial” period, but now it's terrible. I haven’t had a comfortable night of sleep in months. I am a side sleeper and I get pressure point pain in my hips. I shouldn’t have to replace a mattress after two years. Ridiculous. A waste of my money. I do like the adjustable bed frame. The massage feature doesn’t really do much because the shaking is light, but my six year old niece thinks it is fun.

Easy to set up! Comfy to sleep on. I thought I had a "bad hip" and what I had was a "bad mattress." :) This is my second Nectar mattress to purchase, this time for the guest bed room. Thanks for making a great product. ALSO - thank you for putting a soft tab at the ends of the sheet (head/foot). Genius!

The 6 week wait was highly anticipated, and upon arrival expectation was high. The mattress was well packaged however, the center portion of the bed where it had been folded for packaging never expanded. The head and foot of the mattress are at 10 inches, but the center of the mattress remains to this day at only 5 inches. Waiting for 2 weeks for a response regarding my refund request.

After first unpackaging the bed felt super soft but after it sat for a day it firmed up nicely. The edges don't sink in when you sit on the side which is great for memory foam beds. We bought a cheap memory foam bed from a local store and this bed feels much better. If you add a little pillow topper on I think it will be perfect.

Once I received my mattress, I love it. However, the process to get the mattress was less than desirable. it took a 7-8 weeks to receive the mattress. when I would call customer service, nobody could give me an answer on the time frame or where it was. the initial bedframe/foundation sent to me was missing the parts to put together, and was completely wrong for the mattress that I bought. Then, they could not expedite the shipping for the correct frame/foundation. I received the frame/foundation several days after the mattress was delivered. I ordered all of this at the beginning of May 2021 in order to get delivered by my move in date, Nectar inability to fill the order, ship it in a reasonable time frame and then be able to communicate and correct issues left me sleeping on the floor for several weeks. the entire experience was disappointing.

We loved our Nectar for the first couple of years. Unfortunately, the foam started to break down in Year three, and had lost all support, and was unusable and in the trashcan before Year four. The warranty is intentionally designed to be impossible to

I got the queen mattress bundle, all the products seem really nice. I also purchased the mattress foundation, which had some major issues with the parts, and since the company is based in ENGLAND, made it absolutely impossible for any assistance in fixing the issue, or to get a replacement part. I would rate this as a ZERO if possible, but not fair to the mattress which as far as I can tell, (due to missi9ng parts, still haven't even gotten it out of the package yet, a month later) is just fine.

I honestly wasn’t expecting to be so impressed. I was so uncomfortable sleeping in my old bed that I got a hammock to sleep in. Finally when we got the new mattress (which came way after our bed frame lol) I was excited but skeptical. I can’t lie, this bed does sleep a little bit warm. But. It’s so comfortable that I finally sleep through the whole night most nights. On my old mattress I would wake up 3-4 times every single night to pee. Now I only wake up once sometimes. My shoulders and neck aren’t sore every day. My snoring got better. I read a lot of reviews that hated the free pillows, but I actually love them. I really do wish we had gotten a bigger mattress, but my room is small and we’re poor (lol) I definitely recommend. Also, my brother in law, against my recommendation, spent all the money to get a tempurpedic. He came over to visit a couple of weeks ago and laid on our bed and he said it feels exactly like his. We should spent wayyyyy less money on our mattress. 10/10

I’m a side sleeper with back injuries and am also 6ft tall. Last night was my first night on the mattress and I couldn’t believe I slept soundly through the night. When I woke and sat up, the pain I normally feel every day doing this was gone. I’m so happy. I will review again in 30 days but night 1 I already feel a huge improvement in quality of sleep and back pain relief!

This mattress is a huge game changer in the quality of sleep I've been getting. I was also a complete idiot and fat-fingered my delivery address and their customer service is PHENOMENAL. They were incredibly helpful and was able to correct my mistake.
