If folks are looking for what I personally consider a firm bed I highly recommend. I used to sleep on a very firm bed and loved it. But since those times I've got very bad hip and back & leg problems, and it's just too much on the form side for me and my husband.. We have had problems with sagging in the bed as well. We are not large or overweight people. We are currently working with Nectar on replacement beds, and I will update this review after having the replacement for a fair period of time. In the beginning we did have a issue with contacting them and trying to get our point across but we were able to reach someone much more professional and helpful in our situation. So if you do call and have a bad experience give it time and call back to try and get someone else. We almost gave up and threw it on the curb but we gave it another shot and like I said above we are expecting a new bed setup!! But if you are looking for a soft cushy mattress this might not be for you. A medium/firm is a very accurate on the description. I've gotten used to it and find comfort each night. Seriously This is the best Bed-in-a-Box! A few years ago I purchased a fu;; size Puffy brand bed. It was too soft so I gave it away and got a full size Casper. It is too hard and required purchasing a big pillow topper to make it comfortable.Recently, I decided to get a queen bed and chose Nectar. And just like Goldilocks this mattress is Just Right! I have already had one friend come and check it out and the next day she ordered a queen for herself. We told 2 other peoople about it and they both indicated they would buy one based on our recommendation. And I will keep on recommending it. Plus the sheets that come in the Bundle pack are excellent!

I've had my Nectar mattress for almost two years. At first a very supportive and firm mattress. However, it is now beginning to sag and becoming very soft. No firmness left for back support. For the price paid, I feel the mattress should have lasted longer than two years. Will not be purchasing another.

I sleep on my side and was having horrible back pain with my old mattress. I was waking up stiff and in pain. My pain has been much relieved almost to the point of being completely gone. I stand for 10+ hours a day so it will probably never go completely away. My only issue is when I sleep to close to the side sometimes I feel like I’m going to roll off on the floor, lol. Great mattress

Good bed, great sleep, delivered quick and timely, came in great condition. I will say the bed frame we bought set up was fairly easy, but we find the boards at each end of the planks come out really easy so we have to make sure every few days it is still aligned or may fall through.

I don't even have the mattress yet but I have to give a bad review based on shipping. I ordered 2 mattresses, paid in full immediately and here it is almost 2 weeks later and they haven't even shipped yet. A poor way to do business as delays weren't reported until a week after I paid. I will update if the mattresses are good enough to change my view.

Barbara is my wife and we agree we must sleep closer to middle of the mattress, as theirs a hump in the middle between us. So far other than this the mattress is comfortable. Barbara likes the pillow, so soft, but her neck and back still hurts. Any suggestions? Her head is to low.

My fiancé and I have been sleeping on our nectar mattress for about a month now. I like a firm mattress, my fiancé like a softer mattress because he sleeps on his stomach. This feels like the perfect compromise for us! It’s firm enough to feel very supportive but soft enough to keep you from getting sore spots if you sleep on your side or stomach. Literally such a comfortable night of sleep!

It took a while for me to really register, and I had to really compare to other mattresses, but... I can really never get comfortable on my Nectar. It's reminds me of an air mattress that isn't quite full. Much firmer than anticipated, but with enough give that it's almost just stiff. Incredibly hot, as well. Have taken to sleeping with just a light top sheet, and even with that I wake up sweaty. In contrast, I had always been cold in the same room with the same sheets on a different mattress. For the value, I can live with it, but I am definitely experience some hip and neck pain from my inability to sleep comfortably or fully. Will likely be replacing soon, despite having purchased the mattress just around two years ago.

I used to wake up so sore I couldn’t function for awhile after getting out of bed. I was moving and decided to order the nectar after research and review. The first night I slept on this mattress I felt relief from soreness. I’ve told everyone I know they should purchase this mattress . I don’t wake up sore anymore.
