My husband and I bought a king size mattress 3 years ago and absolutely love it. My daughters are always envious about how comfortable by bed was and I was super happy. So I convinced them to buy one and I bought a full size one doe my guest bedroom last year. Well I’m very disappointed because the mattress is not the same. I know it’s past the 365 day free trial but wanted to let you know that it is not the same quality as our king size. And the pillows on the full size bed doesn’t come with a zipper so I can’t take out the filling to adjust to my comfort as in my king size pillows. It seems the only firmness in the mattress is in the middle and you use cheap stuff around it. My king is firm all the way around so when I sit on the edge I don’t sink in. With the full size I sink when I sit on the edge. My daughters bought a queen and a king and they have the same issue. So I’m kind of disappointed in your quality of work. I will not recommend your mattress anymore

My title says it all. At the start, I received the wrong piece sizes for my bedframe and my mattress ripped while using the cutting tool they provided. Fun right? It's okay though, support was more than willing to help my issues. I got a new mattress and bedframe pieces sent. Mattress arrived and I very very carefully opened that one, and no problems. Bedframe pieces took a little longer, and when it finally came in. Shoot me, it's the wrong pieces I was asking for. I contacted support again this time with pictures and circling the piece I needed. They understood and sent the piece. After about a month from the initial order, the right piece finally arrived. I'm 5 stars for nectar because most companies do not have a support and services team willing to help and be so responsive as they were with me. I know it took a while, but thank you for such a comfy bed and easy setup bedframe!

I purchased the nectar mattress to eliviate my back pain or at least, help take the edge off. I thought the mattress was going to be alot more firm than it actually was and was quite dissapointed. My back pain persists and has stayed the same in results of pain level. This deff. is not the mattress for us.

I now have 2 Nectar mattresses and love them both. I originally bought for the 365 day warranty because I have back issues and wanted to return if the mattress caused pain. Guys-it’s perfect! It’s the right amount of firmness and soft. My back does not hurt after almost 2 years of sleeping on this mattress! Everyone who comes to visit me gets to sleep on a Nectar mattress and always ask me the next morning ask me about the mattress they just slept on. Nectar mattresses for the win!

We got our mattress a couple of weeks ago and when waking up in the morning we both felt like mortal death so we had to switch back to our old bed. This is not a soft bed by any means. I haven't contacted the company yet to see if they would do a return on the mattress.

This bed is so uncomfortable I had to cancel a trip to my cabin as I waited for a mattress from a different company to show up. I even spent the last night of my last trip sleeping in my car because that was more comfortable. I asked for a refund but they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops and take pictures to see if there is a defect when regardless of the issue I no longer what this mattress.

I am 75 years old and have shoulder and neck pain every night… i had a sleep number bed that was not helping with my pain.. I don’t have a lot of experience order things on line …So this was a challenge for me to order the Nectar bed in a box….I am so happy I did!!!I am getting the best sleep in years!!!It was so easy…I highly recommended the Nectar bed…it came with sheets,2 pillows and mattress cover…They were all top of the line…I am so happy I made the decision to order this mattress!!Best mattress I have ever owed!!

I bought a new bed for quite a few reasons. My neck ad back were hurting more and more often? Check. The bed I had was older than dirt? Check. I just moved to a new house and didn't want to bring those problems with me? Check. I needed a new bed, but I didn't just want to get one that would "do the trick". I wanted one that would give me consistently good rest. After doing a good bit of research I settled on the nectar and I'm glad I did! This bed is so comfortable and since I bought it sleeping has been much more peaceful!

I was hit by a car ten years ago and have had some serious hip pain ever since —especially when the weather gets cold. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that after sleeping on my mattress for a little more than a week that that pain has lessened by 90%. I feel cured (and also annoyed that maybe it was my old mattress all along)! Because of this I’m now sleeping through the night instead of waking up several times to toss and turn. I’m waking up with lines from the pillow on my face..so you know the sleep is good. I’m in love! And I’m comforted by the fact that if this affair is short lived I still have more than 11 months to return it. Worth every penny.

Very comfortable... great nights sleep. We are very pleased. We waited a long time for delivery but were told at order time that it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery and it took 4. Would have been better if they just said approx 4 weeks for delivery and I would not have hoped for sooner. I messaged customer support and they were very quick to respond and very pleasant. We are glad we chose nectar regardless of the wait time. A great value and most comfortable bed we have ever had in the 50 years we have been married. I am accustomed to my credit card being charged at time of shipping but since we got the bed with headboard and linens package we were charged for our entire orderat one time right after our order was placed. This upset me initially but in retrospect it does not seem to be an issue.
