Not only was it immeasurably easy to set up, it is the most comfortable bed! I bought it for my daughter and I am jealous. Had I not bought a new bed a couple years ago, I’d already have gotten one of the for myself. It will be my next purchase when it’s time for a new bed. I love it!

I was hoping this mattress with its claims of a 365 day test period would be the best mattress for my arthritic body but it falls way short. Unless I sleep in the very edge of it, it is not comfortable at all! I keep hoping it gets better but I am not impressed and still may decide to return it and find something that works better. I have only had it for about three weeks so I will give it a little more time.

My old matres had given up a long time before I decided to get rid of it. I really didn't know what I was depriving myself of before I got my Nectar mattress. It is so comfortable that I spend even more time in bed and never have hip or back pain. I love it!

The middle 2 legs bent on the adjustable frame. Notified the company on April 6th, 21. Purchased bed in November 2020; Sent the required documentation along with pictures. Continue to get false information about the shipping date. Unable to use our bed due to the bent support legs. Today is May 30th, I think we have been more than patient but now I want everyone to know how hard it may be to work with this company if you have a problem. Want resolution, new legs or my money back. Have never had this much problem with any other company.

The nectar plush mattress is very firm, and the adjustable bed frame allows the mattress to pop up in a way that makes most settings unusable. I started a full return of the whole set well within the trial period. When I contacted nectar about the return, they offered bed toppers to improve the setup. I awaited shipment for the bedtoppers and then tried them out for a few weeks as requested. When I wished to continue with my return, I was told the bed frames were no longer in the trial period. I feel tricked and scammed, honestly.

I sold on the fact, no questions asked, no return hassles. The first 3 days, my mattress started sinking, I gave it a couple of weeks and noticed I have to not sleep in the same area of the mattress, so I called and NOW I have do measurements and photos and it hadn't even been 30 days and the issues started in just 3 days of ownership

I slept on a Nectar mattress at my sisters house and really liked it. I decided to order a King size mattress while I was still at her house. I received the mattress in a timely manner and immediately placed it on my bed. It did not completely inflate the first day so I read that it could take up to 72 hours. So I waited and waited and waited. After 6 days the mattress still had not inflated completely so I did a live chat with the company. They sent me an email with a few questioned and asked me to send photos. Within 8 hours I heard back and they told me they would send a replacement mattress to me. I received the replacement a week after I reached out to them. I placed the new mattress on my bed at 2:30 today and it is already 95% inflated at 4:30. I am extremely happy with the mattress and their customer service was exceptional. Thank you

Both the frame and mattress are made of high quality material and design. I love the bamboo frame that requires no tooling to put together. The mattress is not what I'm used to sleeing on (a memory foam gel topper) but it's so amazingly comfortable. I get very restful sleeps on my bed.

It is an incredible mattress never tried it before and decided to purchase one. I have to say I slept like a baby and it helps with my back problems. Before when I used to wake up with other mattresses my back was destroyed as I have back problems and with the mattress I had was not helping but when I tried Nectar mattress, wow very impressed no more back pain when waking up. My kids love it as well all my family. Highly recommended it. Best quality comfort, it is firm but yet super comfortable. Every minute laying on that mattress is extremely worth it, I don’t want to get up.

We desperately needed a new mattress. I was starting to wake up with bad Lower back and hip pain and I knew our mattress was just worn out after having it for so many years. I was a bit hesitant to buy a mattress online without testing it, but we went ahead and figured we’d try it out anyways. Best decision we made. My back is VERY thankful!
