GREAT POINTS: 1.relieved all pressure points, wake up without pain. 2. Easy to set up. Just cut plastic with the safety cutter they send with it and unroll right where you'll be keeping it. 3. Can sleep on it right away. 4. Doesn't require deep pocket sheets. 5. Does Great on both box spring or platform. 6. SQUISHY!!!! NOT SO GREAT POINTS: 1. The cooling gel top it good if you don't plan on putting on a mattress protector or mattress pad. But if you're like me and you prefer to protect the mattress with a waterproof anti allergen cover, then the gel top does nothing to keep you cool. How did we fix this issue? We bought a 2" pillow topper specially designed to release the heat from the sides. And yes, that also is under the mattress protector. It works beautifully to keep me cooler plus adds more SQUISHY!! 2. It's heavy to move so have some help (like a dolly or person) and get it where you want it before opening...but if you read the instructions first, it'll tell you this. BUT, it's not heavier than a regular mattress and it's much easier to move while in the box. OVERALL: WE LOVE IT. GET SQUISHY

This is the BEST mattress ever. We love it so much & SO many of our friends/family have switched! We even bought our daughter one since she’s moving out of the crib! We will forever be customers of nectar! Best mattress & we are almost 4 years into owning!!!

I tried this mattress at a department store near me and out of all the mattresses there it was my favorite! So I ordered it immediately. The mattress arrived sooner than expected and was very easy to set up. I sleep great on it every night now. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this mattress in 2018. It started out okay. Over the past 4 years, the mattress is sagging where the center is like a gully when 2 average weight people are in the bed. You literally have to crawl out of it! I was going to purchase a new mattress (Not Nectar again) In my search Nectar came up in the reviews as one of the best mattresses. I decided to contact Nectar to see about the warrantee, It has now been 11 days of sending Nectar over 30 pictures of the mattress! Mind you every time they request more, you have to strip your bed down to the mattress pad! We took pictures as request of: All 4 corners, a birds eye view, weight testing with 2 gal. jugs of water, level with a ruler to show the gully! I would get emails from Nectar to confirm my address for replacement and 2 hours later I would get an email requesting MORE pictures! Spoke to another representative today (On hold now for 45 min) She said they were going to honor replacement, took my shipping address, put me back on hold and now tells me they are NOT going to send a new mattress as the gully has to be more the 1 1/2"!!! I told her putting 2 gallons of water on a bed is not the same equivalent as 2 adult size humans in a bed. Weight test is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and now have been on hold for 45 minutes. All managers are busy on phone is what I am told. Anyway, beware buying this mattress as if you run into an issue, they will have you jump through hoops and will most likely will not honor the "warrantee".

Cannot speak more highly about our new bed. After years of building dinky shelves, steel bed frames, irritating dressers, I was blown away at how simple this was to put together. It took my wife and I like 15 minutes MAX. After that, I just cannot believe how comfortable this thing is!! We initially got the king mattress for more space for our animals, who sleep in our bed with us, but along with that benefit, I can't even lay down in this thing during my workday, because I will fall asleep on the spot. Just very happy from start to finish. Well done.

Bought this mattress for our son for his big boy bed. It's so comfortable that my husband & I wish we would have bought one last year when we were in the market for our queen bed! We bought from another online company (before we knew of yours) and it's not as comfortable. We highly recommend the Nectar mattress

left mattress for 36 hours to fully expand. sides are curled up 3 to four inches hard lump in center of mattress. Have take pics with phone and have had to have help getting it transfer to my email. I'd first spoken to maria about problem and she instructed to take pics to send. What di i need to do for replacement.

I am very happy with my nectar purchase… I have 5 herniated discs from my neck to my tail bone as well as slight scoliosis and I sleep extremely comfortably and without waking. It doesn’t make noise like one of the hybrids I tried, and it is just comfortable and supportive for my body. Definitely worth the little extra for this quality mattress!

Price was great for this set and with their sale it was even better. With the reviews I thought I'd be amazed but overall I would rate the bed slightly above average. I cant say that I have amazing sleep on it but I do sleep very well. I've slept on bed that were amazing, this is not it but for the price its a great mattress.

I am a firefighter and I bought this for work. I have a memory foam mattress at home and rarely wake up with back pain. Waking up at work was a whole different story. The mattresses at work are cheap and you share them with your counterparts on opposite shifts so there is always a difference of opinion on firmness of mattresses. I was tired of waking up stiff as a board, sore and usually having a headache of some degree. I bought the nectar after conferring with my counterpart I share a room with. He was having the same issues. Either we are both getting too old and/or the mattress we had were just crap. I can honestly say that since getting this mattress I haven’t woken up with back pain related to sleeping since. Unfortunately (for him) my roommate had to move prior to this mattress showing up. Thank you Nectar!
