Let me say this first. If your going from a regular bed to this kind of bed, it takes a little getting used to. We got the beds first, split king. I slept good but was a little hard to move around. When we got the adjustable frame ..OMG...i was in love..what a difference. I dont know if the bed had anything to do with it , but my blood pressure went down, which i attribute to actually sleeping thru the nite!..Im a big girl so this be helps so much ..unlike my old bed that i was sleeping in a crater that it had form, this bed goes back to normal when you get out. !! I get very hot at nite, i dont know if my particular bed helps with that. It does hold the heat from my body a little. over all i would get this bed again! by the way i have a sleigh bed and the adj. frame fit inside of it, we just took out 2 slats and it worked perfect. the only thing i dont like since we have a split twin is the mattress slides to the side a little to much.

I bought this bed due to the really good reviews. I’m thinks the reviews are people being paid for them. Bed frame came without holes my husband had to drill holes so we could put the frame together, the mattress is way to hard haven’t had a good night sleep yet, more of my body aches then it did with my 15yr old Mattress… will be returning mattress for a refund… Do not order without going to a store to lay in first. .

Some say it’s smart packaging that they store the pieces for your bed frame inside the back of the headboard. But because they placed the metal facing up in mine, it ripped through my headboard during shipment. On top of that the box and headboard were wet… I messaged live support three times, each time they asked for proof, I sent it, they said yes we got the pictures, can I have your information? I send it to them and then they never responded. I requested a replacement within 20 minutes of receiving my package, the pictures were clear, I gave all my info, so there was no reason to not at least try to help with this.

I’ve had another brand of “mattress in a box” for a few years now and was never super happy with it. After getting my Nectar I’m sad I didn’t change sooner! It’s firm, but no firmer than it needs to be, the side retention is amazing, and it’s cool to sleep on. I can’t recommend it enough.

I got this bed about 2 years ago and now my wife has neck and hip and shoulder pains what she never had before and now I'm getting shoulder and hip pains... Wish I would have stayed patient and waited and got a hybrid mattress with springs and memory foam....

My boyfriend and I loved our mattress in the beginning however after less than a month or so there is already an indentation in the center of the mattress. It’s really frustrating expecting something great. Now the issue is if I want to go through the hassle of returning it.

I love my new mattress and adjustable frame so much that I purchased another one. Best sleep I’ve had in years. I love the way it fits my back and keeps me from tossing and turning all night. It does get firmer after a couple weeks. I liked the sponge feeling that it was like at first opened better than firmness. Over all, I’m still happy with it.

Love love love this bed! I had a comfy pillow top but this is way beyond comfort. I was a bit intimidated to open it alone so had my son help me and it was a bit heavy and magically expanded into shear heaven. The comfort surpassed my expectations and I enjoy every moment on it and since I just retired spending lazy days living in this bed! I have raved to every one that they need this bed too. Definitely worth it!

Once I received my mattress, I love it. However, the process to get the mattress was less than desirable. it took a 7-8 weeks to receive the mattress. when I would call customer service, nobody could give me an answer on the time frame or where it was. the initial bedframe/foundation sent to me was missing the parts to put together, and was completely wrong for the mattress that I bought. Then, they could not expedite the shipping for the correct frame/foundation. I received the frame/foundation several days after the mattress was delivered. I ordered all of this at the beginning of May 2021 in order to get delivered by my move in date, Nectar inability to fill the order, ship it in a reasonable time frame and then be able to communicate and correct issues left me sleeping on the floor for several weeks. the entire experience was disappointing.

Mattress came quickly and was easy to install! I gave myself time to adjust to it but still had a decent amount of back pain. I ended up purchasing an adjustable base from another brand which helped with the pain but the mattress itself did not resolve all of my issues.
