We definitely needed the change in our mattress. I love not being able to feel my husband get up at night and I love the soft but firmness of the bed. My husband has slept the best since we have made this purchase. No more back aches in the morning for him. Glad he researched Nectar. Great purchase

(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

It was time to buy a new mattress and I went with Nectar. I've tried most of the popular entry level / mid tier bed in a box brands and I was most surprised with Nectar's offering. Soft top that gives way to great support. Tall enough to give that large bed feel. Quiet and cushioned enough not to wake anyone else. All around great product for such a low price.

I purchased a Nectar mattress as a gift for my son. It was delivered to my home because my son is currently working nights and needs to sleep during the day. It now seems that Nectar will not honor their warranty because it's only good for the original purchaser, which was me. If this is an indication of how this company does business, they will apparently find any excuse to avoid standing by their products, since my purchasing the mattress for my son was nothing more than a technicality.

This mattress was kind of like sleeping in a puddle of quicksand. There also is no boundary at the edges so you side off easily and cannot sit on the edge to put on your shoes, etc. If there are two sleepers, you both end up pooled together in the middle at night. It’s so hot I cannot use my midweight duvet on it. I am confounded how it can be so highly rated—Truly a bizarre experience.

Was going to return the mattress after not liking it immediately but was asked to give it a little more time. It is not as soft as I would have expected- more of a firm top. I received a gel topper which seems to help some. I'm still unsure! But the mattress I had before was well worn in and overdue to be replaced by many years.

I received my mattress a month ago and so far it's really comfortable. Doesn't keep me as cool as I thought it would. Also, my dogs sleep with me (2lb to 20lb) and I do feel the mattress move when they move. I have a very bad back and so far, I do not wake up with my back hurting like it did on my previous mattress.

Happy describes my review….very happy. After a lifetime (I am 82 years of age) on a traditional mattress, I took a chance. I’m trying out this new foam mattress delivered in a box. What a delightful surprise it has been. Comfortable from the word go, just the right degree of firmness, not hot or cold, not the least bit lumpy, not too heavy to change the linens. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I bought Nectar mattress. When I chatted with a Nectar person before I purchase it, I raised a question if 6.5 is good for a person with back pain like me. He said 6.5 is good for a person with backpain. Now I feel it is a little too soft. I regret I purchase a little firmer one.

I am honestly giving this mattress a try. But I am not sleeping on it as I did my other mattress. I feel it is too firm and even with the memory foam it is not providing me with the comfort sleep I had hoped for nightly. I may be one of the small percentage of people who are not satisfied. I will give it the full 35 nights before I decide to keep it or not.
