I absolutely LOVE the Nectar mattress and pillows. It has just the right amount of softness and firmness, and molds to the body for great support. Before this mattress, I had trouble sleeping. Now I am getting a comfortable, full night's sleep of approximately 8 hours. So happy I got this mattress!!

The day I got my mattress I was very excited to move from a saggy traditional mattress I'd had for about 15 years to one that came highly recommended from friends and acquaintances. The first night, though, was a pretty difficult sleep. I felt like I was sinking into the mattress. I stuck with it for about eight more days (it's also worth noting that while nectar says you can sleep on the mattress the first day you get it, it doesn't fully expand for up to three days) and all of a sudden something clicked and I had a really good supportive sleep. I have had moderate upper back pain for most of my adult life and it is measurably better since switching to the nectar. and with another almost year to try this mattress risk-free, I feel confident I made a great decision...and I don't anticipate returning it.

This is my first memory foam mattress, and my first impression was that it was overly firm. I have read that it can take up to a month for the body to adjust itself to a new mattress, and after a few weeks it remained firm but also became plush on the top layer. On my previous mattresses I would have a difficult time falling asleep, and wake up tired and tangled in my bedding. No longer the case now. Climb in, find a comfy position, and I'm out for the night. Very happy that I bought one.

This is our 2nd bed we have purchased. And truly do love the product. However, my college age daughters bed frame broke right after she installed the bed. We had it for several months before the renovations where completed in her apartment. Anyway, the frame is broken and needs to be replace..In order to have it replace I need to get pictures of the failed frame, bed on the floor, and the sewn information in the top of it will the serial numbers. This is crazy. It is just a simple bed frame that needs to be replaced. I would be happy to return the broken one. Poor Customer Service

I had terrible back and hip pain every morning when I’d wake up and very rarely got a good night of sleep before I switched to the nectar. The first night in the new mattress I fell right asleep and woke up pain free. Harder to get out of bed in the morning because I’m always comfortable and never want to leave this bed!

I enjoy this mattress more than I thought i I would. It was kind of difficult getting it into the Nectar bed frame that I purchased, but I found it was easy to roll it straight on then let it expand. I circulated air through the room to get the scent out and worked perfectly. I haven’t woken up sore since I’ve purchased it!!

I recently bought a full size mattress. It is indeed big and soft but I think I may have wanted something a bit more firm. It is comfortable if I'm on my back for a short period of time ( I may need adjustable foundation). The quality is high and it looks nice but it is difficult to move around on it because you sink in so deep. Some folks may like that (I'm approx. 210lbs) but I find it difficult. I've had it for about 1 month. I'll try a couple more months and see if I get used to it. I would like something that is comfortable for my back and easier to roll around on. I flip from one side of my body to the other often. Maybe that's a result of my mattresses or simply how I sleep.

This bed is not ideal for people of all sizes. The bed is soft, but too soft. Whenever my wife lays on it she complains that it feels like it's sinking. I'm really not a fan, and it's definitely not worth the money. Wish I could get a refund, so that I can buy a more firm bed. #moneywaste

I purchased a Nectar mattress because my Mom has one and loves it. I've tried her mattress and was impressed. Mine is a size smaller, queen vs king, but I am super disappointed. The lack of structure on the sides, definitely takes getting used to because you sink quite a bit. But the mattress is very soft. I understood it to be medium to firm, but mine isn't even close. I sink in, which makes it a little hot at night. Moving from one side of the bed to another is challenging because the sinking. My dog sleeps at the bottom of the bed, every time he moves, I am awakened. I didn't have that with my previous mattress. But probably the biggest problem is that I wake up with lower back pain every morning, which is definitely new. Which tells me I am uncomfortable and moving around a lot at night.

I haven't been much satisfied with the purchase. It's too soft for my comfort and feels like my body is not aligned while sleeping. I have tried it for more than a month now but my experience hasn't been good. I reached out to customer care team for return and they have offered me to try a mattress protector. I'm going to give it a try and see if my back pain reduces else I will have to return it. Not impressed with the amount I spent on this mattress since it was my first ever costly mattress purchase.
