First time with a memory foam mattress . Body position is different so adjusting pillows is a process but that is an individual thing. Sleeps warmer than the old mattress . Cat really likes it as she is not disturbed at night, this is very important!

I had purchased a nectar mattress about a year and a half ago and o loved it so much, my brother and sister in law ended up buying one after trying mine out. I just received the second one and I swear the quality has gone down a lot. The mattress just sinks as you sit on it, making it uncomfortable to get up from it. I can’t wait till my return date because apparently they need you to have it for 30 days before you can return it.

We’ve had our mattress for about 45 days or so. It is very comfortable and seems to be a great balance of soft / firm. I have not had any hip or lower back pain since we have switched. The pillows that came in the sleep bundle are good as well but the sheets aren’t anything special.

Ordered a new platform frame, king mattress, pillow, and headboard. The ordering process was transparent and efficient, with many details to help choose the best product for our needs. Everything arrived on time -- a little earlier than anticipated, in fact! -- and was well packaged. Putting the platform together took a bit of time, but the instructions and items provided were all correct, and we were surprised at the precision of it all. So far, the mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The king pillows we ordered are bit more California King size, which is something to keep in mind when order pillowcase covers and pillowcases. Headboard well-tufted with quality fabric. The only thing I'll say about that is there are two colors offered - gray and "linen". We ordered the linen, expecting an off-white to beige color. It's definitely more oatmeal or even taupe on the color wheel. While still somewhat of a neutral, I might have selected the gray had I known the resulting color would be darker than "linen". Nevertheless, we made it work. Really impressed with every point in the process and the quality!

This mattress is amazingly comfortable. I have no qualms with any of the product I received (pillows, sheets, bed frame and headboard, mattress protector, weighted blanket, and especially the mattress.) The products are amazing, and you will love them. The only issue I had was with the shipping time of my mattress. I ordered a king size mattress before a move to a new place, they gave me an estimated shipping date that was completely reasonable, didn't mind sleeping on a couch for a bit. Everything in my order shipped perfectly, if not earlier, except the mattress. The estimated shipping date changed at least 3 times on it before I called customer service who told me to wait another 3-5 days for a tracking number. Coincidentally, I got one that night after the call, with the estimated delivery postponed another 2 times. My roommate ordered a queen size nectar bed about 2 weeks after I placed my order and got his about a week before mine arrived. When my mattress did arrive the packaging was beat up, a handle was taped over, and the bottom was almost completely ripped open. Luckily they surrounded the mattress in about 50 pounds of industrial cling film so everything was fine. Every issue aside, I write this as a "heads up" of what may happen. Don't let it deter you from getting one of these, because they are absolute quality when you finally get them. Lying on my nectar mattress is something I look forward to.

At first, I wasn't sure if I loved the mattress. However, after the first few months I knew that truly loved my mattress. When I wake up and start to get out of bed, I sometimes think to myself "Wow. I just love this mattress." I sleep very hot and you can find me in any sleep position at any time, but this mattress helps keep me cool and comfortable all the time, and is just so soft and comforting. Overall, very happy with the mattress. Looking forward to leaving a 1 year and possibly even a 5-year review of the mattress. I think it was well worth it - and Affirm helped make it happen for me! I would also add that the sheets they provided are great! Love how soft, dry, and high quality they are. Though, the pillow shams don't fit the pillows (all from Resident) all that great and one of my pillows is considerably firmer than the other with equal amounts of break-in.

I got this mattress due to spots online describing it as a firm mattress, and great for back support. I really disagree. The mattress feels soft, like a marshmallow. I sink into it and it feels like a struggle to move around in my mattress at night. Because of the restricting feeling, I lay in a single fixed position all night. I wake up SORE and TIRED. STIFF. BACK PAIN. I have to take ibuprofen every morning to help reduce the pain I feel from sleeping on the mattress. I have so far been in a 2 week long email chain with Nectar support retention specialists who offer me memory foam toppers for the memory foam mattress. They aren't addressing my requests for a return. They also take a full day to reply. I feel like I will NEVER get my MONEY BACK and that this whole process is just to get money from people who just want a good nights SLEEP. I DO NOT recommend this mattress unless you can try it out before. BUY IT ONLY because you will never want to email nectar support retention specialists.

I replaced a old spring mattress with the nectar and it is so much better than my old one that sagged in the middle. I would recommend using a slatted bed frame and not a box spring, because the slats gave it more support. It felt like the memory foam was melting through the old box spring, but it is the perfect firmness with the slats! 10/10 recommend, super comfy!

I am sleeping on the Copper Premium. It came with the sheets/pillow bundle. I opened the box and once out of the bag it took shape quickly. It’s definitely supportive. It’s plush but you feel the support. Not a pillow if that’s what you want. This is a very nice mattress. It took about a month to get, but I am very satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend this mattress.

The bed was great for the first few days. Then we both started waking with hip/back pain. Customer service sent us a "firm" complimentary mattress topper but it was the exact same firmness as the bed. We have to sleep on the very edges to avoid rolling towards the middle together (neither of us are overweight or overly tall). Will be returning.
