I was in the market for a new bed, after not having upgraded in a long time. I just bought a house and decided I deserved it. After researching all the boxed mattresses--and I'm talking ALL--I went with the Nectar. I have ZERO regrets! I'm absolutely in love with the comfort of it, and I feel the price is one of the best out there. Paired with my Resident Sleep Set pillows, sheets, and pillow covers, I can't wait to go to bed at night.

I originally bought the nectar to help my partner sleep more soundly. I read many reviews, focusing on people who mentioned back injures, and between both my partner and I, we both think the mattress is much too soft for us. We feel like we sink in around our mid section and our legs just sit on top. It seemed more firm the first week we got it, and over the last 2 months it just gets worse.

Didn't think my new Nectar mattress would make much difference so I didn't track my daytime health. However, after a couple of weeks my husband and I realized that we felt much better during the day. His shoulder didn't hurt (A problem with our old mattress) and we generally felt better. So pleased with our new Nectar.

honestly, I saw an ad for this pop up somewhere, did a little research and I can't complain at all. Delivered on time, packed real well, they give the little tool (which is a letter opener) and that's it, wait an hour or so and there you go. Now, I can't say that this is going to cure anyone's back, hip, neck whatever issues, but it is easier on my back and hips than the spring mattresses.

This mattress is very thick which gives me little room in my bunk bed but I guess that's not really your fault. I haven't had much leg pain since I started using it so I think it may be helping at least a little, but I still get back pains regularly, so I don't know what my problem is.

Been sleeping on my new queen size bed for 4 nights, I slept straight through for 6 hours the first night, very rare for me, then the last 3 nights 8 hours. Woke with no aching back or legs as I usually did. Today I got the mattress cover, sheets, pillow cases and pillows. The pillows have not fluffed more than a few inches so far, I am guessing it will take a little more time. I love the feel of all of these pieces, soft and cool. They all look like high quality, Hoping the pillows are the same.

It’s been well over a month since my order was delivered, but I just recently had the opportunity to try them out. First, thank you to the awesome Nectar customer service team..from the gentleman who stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes helping with my selection and taking my order…to the ladies who miraculously handled a change in shipping address after my order was shipped and in transit. And finally, thank you Nectar for a great sleeping experience. The mattress coddles you and releases you in a way that’s hard to explain; like resting on a cloud! The foundation was easy to put together, it took my grandson about 45 minutes to complete the entire process. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. So if you’re looking to purchase a new mattress the Nectar is an excellent choice.

The sale rep didn't correct my new address from affirm even when I stated I recently moved and provided the address missing item in cart as requested I would definitely recommend order online only I still haven't receive anything after I called to update the address

Absolutely terrible. First, 2 weeks went by after I ordered the mattress with zero communications from the company. Then one day I was notified that I’m special and will be getting the new and improved model. Not cool - I didn’t purchase the new improved model. I haven’t sat on the new model. I don’t know anything about the new model. And FINALLY I get shipping details with a date of delivery for April 26. That was yesterday and I STILL HAVE NO BED. I will never buy here again. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

I want to update a previous review I posted when I was very very unhappy with Nectar customer service. They read my review and promptly took action. So reviews matter! In the past week they have contacted me and are sending 2 new mattresses to me to replace ours which did not inflate properly. I want to thank Izzy for all her help!! We love their mattresses, have bought several now and normally customer service has been great. Not sure this time why it took a while to get to the right decision makers, but Nectar customer service has redeemed themselves! Thank you!!!
