Big fan of my Nectar and the memory foam pillow. I tend to get a little warm through the night and need to adjust positions to a "cooler" spot on the bed or flip my pillow. But since I bought my Nectar, I have been sleeping soundly without the need to wake up to move.

I purchased a mattress about three years ago. I have to say this is product is terrible. The mattress basically forms a hole when I roll to the middle of the mattress. What started with nice support is gone. No longer any firm support, just lumps and sags. Save money folks, purchase almost anything else.

I am a thin Caucasian female recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and three protruding disks in my lower back. This bed gives me the firm support I need without feeling hard. And an amazing bonus is that I stay cool while sleeping. I couldn't be more pleased with my Nectar mattress, and the soft bedding was an added bonus!

I have never slept so well, this mattress literally adjusts to your position it’s not to soft or too firm. I have only had it for 3 days and I regret waiting so long to upgrade from my old mattress…the sheets that were included in the bundle are heaven. Best purchase I’ve ever made!

I have hip and tail bone problems, so I needed a soft mattress. The only thing you have to be aware of is the 12 in height of the mattress, if you place it on top of a box spring. I'm 5 ft. 3in, and I had to have a step ladder to reach the top of the mattress, then I had to pull myself along the mattress until I centered myself. Not an easy thing to do after knee replacement surgery. I finally bought a 10 inch frame to drop the mattress down so I could sit on the bed like a normal person. Other than that, I love the mattress.

The matress is comfy at first but im 220lbs i sink in the mattress and it is to hard once I sink down. My neck and back have hurt worse than my old mattress. But ill give it a few more months and decide to return it then and write a follow up review.

I've never slept any better ! Before I would only get 4 hours of sleep from tossing and turning. The sheets that came with the bed are absolutely soft and silky and I sleep like a baby. Full 11 hours of sleep per night ! I couldn't ask for anything more on a bed !!

Its bad...after less than a year, my bed sinks because the frame are falling apart. I tried to find parts but nobody carry them. The middle support is not sturdy either. I have to reinforced all the parts of the bed so I dont have to buy another one. Useless. Better to buy a new frame and I dont have to pay for labor.

The foundation box was missing parts (middle support legs)! After two hours of trying to get the slats and the cover on the foundation - we flipped it on its side and tighten the Velcro! Also had to duck tape slats to the cover because they were warped and do not stay in place!

After scouring numerous sites for "mattress reviews", we finally settled on the Nectar Premier Copper. We were so excited when we placed the order, but the excitement turned into disappointment and ultimately frustration. Our Nectar Premier Copper was received damaged (a rip on one side). After a phone call and a few emails of Nectarsleep trying to convince us just to "put another cover over it", they relented and shipped us a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the incorrect mattress. I had photos of shipping labels, product labels, product identification, and the two products themselves. Nectarsleep refused to send me a replacement, so being very frustrated and not having slept one night on either mattress, I wished to exercise my 365 night guarantee and return this (incorrect) mattress. Nectarsleep refused to process the return and refund my money. I have since escalated to MasterCard with all of the photographic evidence. So Nectarsleep will have to a) explain to MasterCard why the two mattresses shipped were different, and b) why they refuse to honor their own return policy. Before Nectarsleep tries to say that their policy is to not process returns prior to 30 days, that statement is a lie. Their policy, as posted to the public, is that they RECOMMEND waiting 30 days to allow the mattress and your body to adjust. I was so frustrated I didn't want to wait 1 day. So this might actually be a good mattress, IF YOU GET THE RIGHT ONE ORDERED!
