After our bad experience with Nectar Mattresses as a 1st time customer, we thought we'd never do business with them again (as stated in my first review), their Customer Care Specialist, Izzy T., reached out to us immediately after. After much hesitation, she got us comfortable enough to give Nectar another shot after finding our the initial problem. One week later, we FINALLY have our mattress and are sleeping very comfortably now in our new home, along with a Nectar weighted blanket. So, shout out to you, Ms. Izzy, for turning a distasteful experience around for us.

We bought a twin for the guest bedroom and I almost always end up moving into there in the middle of the night. I generally prefer firm mattresses but this gives a little more softness without being TOO soft. It also stays nice and cool where as our tempurpedic gets so warm at night and I wake up sweating. Really debating upgrading to a full size and replacing our main bedroom mattress.

I was hoping this mattress would be perfect. Unfortunately it's not been a great experience so far for us. The biggest issue for me is increased back pain and frequent waking with every movement. I feel like I need to move a lot to stay comfortable on this mattress and I wake every time I move so very few times I've slept through the night. Also it holds heat like crazy, the summer was miserable. My husband says it's a bit better than our 11 year old mattress that this replaced but he would rate it 2 1/2 stars for comfort. For reference I am 140 pounds and my husband is 180 pounds. We've been sleeping on the Nectar for 6 months or so now. It is already starting to change shape with the lump in the middle between us with a few small saggy spots. If I could have tried it in a store near me prior to purchasing we would not have purchased.

We purchased the full size mattress for our 3 year old's first "big boy" bed. It shipped in good condition and seems to be of good quality. It's very comfortable bed, I would have no issue sleeping on it myself. We're very happy with it. Great value.

It's the worst mattress I've ever owned... It's sagging in the center... when you lay in it, you feel sunken in.... Terrible experience and I've reached out to Nectar and they want me to take all kinds of pictures and measurements etc... then they will let me know if it's defective....I'm telling you it's Defective!!!

After complaining about the shipping experience in my initial review, I think it’s only right that I speak about the actual product now. The platform was a little hard to put together and the the slats don’t actually lock in place. However, once we put it together, put it on our existing bed frame and headboard, then got the mattress in place, it felt wonderful. We woke up feeling great and the free pillows were the icing on the cake. It’s been a few days and I really like my nectar mattress. I’m not sure how it will hold up in a year or even a few months but right now we’re happy with our purchase.

I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for around 13 years and thought I couldn’t do better. But when I was moving, I decided to get a new mattress. I have had my Nectar mattress for 1 1/2 months and love it! Just as described-perfect amount of firmness and softness!

Absolutely love my Nectar Mattress. I had a Tempurpedic for many years and this mattress far surpasses it. It feels like you are laying on a cloud. I no longer wake up tired and struggling to get out of bed. So happy with my purchase. I also purchased the headboard and bed frame and love it as well.

This is my first memory foam mattress & i love it! I was getting achy legs from my last, cheap mattress & i no longer have this issue! I also became a back sleeper with this mattress because its THAT supportive! The only thing is that it has a very strong odor when it first comes out of the packaging. Although it says you can sleep on it right away I recommend letting it air out until the smell is gone. The smell transferred to my sheets & i had to rewash them.

My husband and I love each other, but have very different sleep preferences. This bed was a game changer! We have a split king, and can adjust our own sides as we like and we have both been sleeping so much better. We wake up refreshed and actually like each other in the morning :joy:
