My wife and I bought this mattress over a year ago the mattress started to sink. I am experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain every day I wake up my wife is very uncomfortable when she wakes up in the morning. I was trying to see if they sell the mattress dreamcloud makes being that they are partners together. Because the dreamcloud mattress has the best reviews for neck and shoulder pain. We know we can do the test and get the mattress replaced but the reason why we are not doing that is because this mattress just don't work for us.

The only thing of nuisance is feeling the other person in bed when they knock the frame and hop in. It is supportive and the memory foam pillow that came with the set actually doesn’t sink and have to flip during the middle of the night. The other bed passenger has neck pains and getting used to the pillow is a challenge for right now. It does absorb some of the impact from someone else rolling over, but not all of it. We are both side sleepers so the bed works well. The chemical smell takes 2 to 3 days to go away and does smell like reefer so to speak, and that’s fine as I knew in advance. It really is a 2 person project to put it together. Assembling the bed and head board was a challenge to a point but slightly easier than an ikea. It was lugging the mattress in and getting it set correctly that was my biggest challenge. If you have to move with it, get a couple of people on the mattress and leave the bed frame together when you put it on the truck, just unscrew the legs.

It is difficult wanting to get out of bed. Fortunately I am retired so there is no rush in accomplishing this mental feat. Nothing has ever come close to this comfort. the mattress also encourages naps. Not into sales, but the world needs this technological marvel.

This is a quality mattress for a great price (and the bedding bundle was an awesome addition. However, for my personal taste, it is on the soft side and I prefer a firmer mattress. It was advertised as "medium firm" which is suppose is accurate, perhaps I was underestimating my firmness preference. That said, purchase was easy, shipped right to my front door, and setup took minutes.

I had purchased a Queen Nectar about three years ago and I love it, so now when I moved and decided I needed a new mattress for my new bed naturally I went to the Nectar website and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase and my dog loves it too Thank you Nectar for helping me sleep better

I think the beds hella nice, it’s pretty good if you like more of a firm yet soft bed yk ? the box spring that goes underneath it though, that could use some improvements on manufacturing but overall pretty nice bed :’) gotta be happy we have something soft to lay on !

With previous mattress purchases from other companies they are fine at first and then I start getting neck and back pain. I researched multiple companies before landing on Nectar and I am 2 months in and sleeping comfortably. I find that I am not rolling around as much to get comfortable therefore I am sleeping better through out the night.

I have a bad back and hip, and suffer from migraines and never sleep through the night. I was leery about buying a bed online, without testing it out first, but this was the absolute best purchase I ever made. I sleep solidly through the night and don't wake up with any back or hip pain. I would highly recommend this bed!! I will be purchasing another bed in the near future for my son.

This is my second mattress from Nectar fir a second bedroom. From day one, it is the most comfortable and restful sleep I’ve had. I like the extras that came with it, especially the pillow which is much improved from the original I have where you have to take out the filling. The new version is just right.

Never buy a headboard/bed frame from this company. I have a three year warranty and I have had to replace is every year. Just got my third replacement and it was designed so poorly I can’t even assemble it. Absolute trash. The pillows are also un-usable. The mattress is fine but honestly I wouldn’t buy anything ever again from this company
