I absolutely LOVE the bed! We had a super old bed and are very pleased with the bed. However, I bought the frame too and not so pleased with it. Two of the legs have broken off and cannot be fixed. They were not the same size as the rest. With two legs missing it does affect the support of the bed which is a shame.

I’ve had the best nights sleep since my bed arrived. I’ve had a hybrid before so I was nervous to go with pure memory foam. But I liked tnt no motion part of it. My hubby is a wiggle worm. It feels stiff at first but no you just become one with the bed. I freaking love it!!!

The mattress is super comfy, my cat never sleeps in its bed. He likes to sleep on the mattress, the memory foam with pressure points is amazing, i get up and off the mattress and my cat doesnt even realize its that good! I am in love and the lifetime warranty is an added bonus

This bed really backs up the hype!! It’s definitely allowed myself to sleep through the night with less wakeups and I’m asleep as soon as my head hits the pillows. My boyfriend and myself have both woken up with less pain, to no pain as the day goes on. It’s even helped with his snoring. And the cooling action is top tier. Highly pleased with the quality and the customer service. I cancelled my order due to using the incorrect card and got such great customer service every time. Highly recommended and satisfied, thank you guys!

I ordered the king cotton sheets along with the mattress, and they are not as advertised. The sheets are supposed to have a pillow case with an envelope closure and they do not. The pillow cases are too snug and a king pillow slips right out. Other reviews say there is a tag to distinguish head vs foot, and that is not the case. Upon speaking to customer service, they sent me Awara sheets instead, which are supposedly much nicer (they are not). They then sent me two more pairs of the same sheets...Please do not buy these sheets and go through the headaches I did...

I had experienced the mattress while in an AirBnB and had the best sleep in years. A few months later I made the purchase. It is by far the best mattress I’ve owned ever. My back and hip pain are significantly better. My headaches are improving. I sleep like I haven’t in years. Best investment I’ve made in decades.

Unfortunately I had to return my mattress. Not because it was uncomfortable in any way. I have mast cell activation and my body is incredibly sensitive to smells, fabrics, foods, chemicals, medicine... you name it. We made a decision to return and it was an effortless hassle free easy fast and amazing experience. I hope to repurchase one day in the future when I heal. Thank you for an incredible hassle free experience!

I also purchased the box spring (?) but found the legs made it too high. We removed the legs and now it’s too low. Also, the sides of the mattress cave down along the edges so we have to turn it regularly. It took about 4 days for the odor to dissipate. But that’s better than most furniture. And the odor was not as offensive as most. It smelled kinda like cereal. Shipping and promptness was fantastic.

I am very pleased and surprised how comfortable the mattress is. The mattress came 1st in a box then the mattress protector with the pillows a week later. No more back or body aches. Wow! Who would have thought. I read all the reviews and was like let me try this and see. The reviews are right...comfort while resting or sleeping.

I would give this product a better rating, if I actually ever received it. I ordered this mattress in the middle of June and it is now the middle of august, and still nothing. I reached out to the support team multiple times and they’ve used computerized messages to respond to me, not even a real person. I understand given the situation that it would take longer than expected to receive things by mail, but 2 months is a bit ridiculous
