I looked forward to this purchase but I can honestly say I’ve never been happy with this mattress. It’s only gets worse with time. After a year I have terrible back and hip pain and can’t sleep comfortably. Also do not waste your money on the bed frame. Completely fell apart within a year and trying to return either is an annoying process.

At first, I LOVED this mattress. Great support, comfortable, everything. 4 years later however, both sides have caved in so deeply that is unusable. The edges and very center are still in decent shape, so Nectar won't warranty it. The areas in which we actually sleep though have lost ALL support. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get Nectar to do something about it, and today they told me "tough luck". I would HIGHLY WARN anyone against getting their mattress. We only sleep 6 or so hours a night, so it's not from prolonged use, or abuse. Wish I had gone with another company, and hope you read this and do the same!

I really wanted to love this bed. But right after the 365 night trial ended, I noticed that my back is hurting every time I sleep in this bed. When I lay on my side, my arms and shoulders fall asleep - even though customer service gave me a 2 inch foam topper a month after purchase to try to rectify that. The bed has clear divots from where each person sleeps - even with rotating the mattress regularly. The mattress itself sleeps so hot we can’t get comfortable. Waking up soaked in sweat is totally normal. I can’t afford another mattress right now but this is far below my expectations. Very disappointed.

I am so happy with my new Nectar Premier. I have always bought firm beds .... no more. This mayteess is PERFECT and I sleep so well .... adapts to pressure points and I have a pain free night. I love the pillows too. They are just right - not fluffy but give just enough support. Best mattress I ever had.

It’s great. I don’t even want to get up and go to work anymore. I just want to lay in bed. I can’t say it’s done anything major with my back pain yet but my old mattress was pretty noisy and had the springs in it. This is a true upgrade I don’t feel like I’m waking the whole house when I turn over on the other side. My dog definitely LOVES it. Thank you so much Nectar!

We decided to finally upgrade from our old, beat up full size to a queen and Nectar seemed to be a good fit. The mattress came quickly and getting it set up was easy! In terms of comfort it's right down the middle, firm enough while also being very comfortable. After about a month of sleeping on it I would definitely recommend to anyone who's trying to find a great mattress without breaking the bank.

The mattress is PERFECT! I love it so much. Comfortable and strong. I don’t know how it’s so firm yet comfy at the same time. A special kind of magic that puts me all the way to sleep every single night. I slept on TempurPedic for 14 years. This is every bit as good. So happy with my purchase.

I purchased a Nectar mattress as a gift for my son. It was delivered to my home because my son is currently working nights and needs to sleep during the day. It now seems that Nectar will not honor their warranty because it's only good for the original purchaser, which was me. If this is an indication of how this company does business, they will apparently find any excuse to avoid standing by their products, since my purchasing the mattress for my son was nothing more than a technicality.

Placed an order for the Lush Mattress and adjustable frame on April 12th. Received the frame by that Saturday, mattress still showed processing. Gave it another week and still no update. Called and was given an estimated ship date of the 22nd, the 22nd came and went. Called again, was given a ship date by the 29th, the 29th came and went. Called one more time and now being told by May 7th. If the time it takes to receive our order is any indication of the quality of the mattress, we may cancel. This is not a good way to conduct business. There should be an advertisement when ordering saying "may take longer than a month to receive your mattress", but I guess being honest with customers before you give them money won't make them a profit.

We purchased a Nectar mattress for our bedroom a few years ago and LOVE it. Absolutely think its the most comfortable bed ever. So we were shocked when the full sized Nectar mattress we just ordered for our toddler son was nothing like our bed. It feels too soft, not comfortable, and truly doesn't even compare. Did you change your formula or mattress composition in the past couple years? Sadly we think we'll need to return it.
