(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

The Nectar is a very comfortable mattress. For us, it’s a little softer than what we would consider perfect. Also, we probably should have tried the next level up with more cooling. We tend to be warmer sleepers so unless you’re a “cold” sleeper, we would recommend at least the mid-level mattress with more cooling. It is significantly more but probably worth it.

My husband and I were given this mattress by neighbors who had bought it and felt it was too soft. My husband and I are both disabled. He has severe back issues. This mattress is NOT too soft but a perfect medium firm. Had the best nights sleep we have had in ages.

I purchased this mattress as a christmas present surprise for my husband. We love it, he is a hot sleeper and I need a heated blanket, a weighted blanket and a comforter to be comfortable. This mattress has really delivered for him- I can always get warmer. I am excited to see how it does once it heats up this summer. The firmness of the mattress doesn't change with temperature of the room, we had that problem with our gel topper on our old mattress. It is the perfect amount of support for side sleepers and is comfortable to sit upright in and not feel like you are sinking or you are sitting on a chair. Overall, the mattress is great- the pillows were a bit of a disappointment and the sheets aren't anything special but we have plenty of sheets and pillows.

At first, I LOVED this mattress. Great support, comfortable, everything. 4 years later however, both sides have caved in so deeply that is unusable. The edges and very center are still in decent shape, so Nectar won't warranty it. The areas in which we actually sleep though have lost ALL support. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to get Nectar to do something about it, and today they told me "tough luck". I would HIGHLY WARN anyone against getting their mattress. We only sleep 6 or so hours a night, so it's not from prolonged use, or abuse. Wish I had gone with another company, and hope you read this and do the same!

This bed is fantastic! Very comfortable and easy to setup. My only issue is the weight. I feel like it maybe could of been a bit heavier or at least the foundation could be. The bed tends to move a lot just by getting up. I fixed it kind of by putting a big rug under the bed but doesn’t help much. It’s a problem to me but I learned to live with it since it’s so comfy.

The frame and asses are great and arrived nicely, but I can’t sleep on them - patiently awaiting my full mattress but my health concerns aren’t happy with my sleeping on the modern couch. Perhaps put some of the marketing dollars into your distribution budget. I have hundreds of followers and would love to share a great story about this mattress, but I need to have it to do so!! Three plus weeks and waiting!

I recently moved into a new apartment and after having a conventional mattress for my entire life, I decided to check out the Nectar. I have not been disappointed! It’s an absolutely wonderful mattress and has me looking forward to sleeping every night!

Worst mattress I’ve ever had. Sunken in places, Rotating doesn’t resolve the issue. I’ve had one year and it’s only used by me and six months out of the year . My back kills me on this mattress ans I don’t have the money to purchase another, it’s in my camper

I purchased this mattress for my 3 year old son with hopes of him using it for the next 15 years or so. This mattress is great! Extremely comfortable for my son, and my husband and I find it really comfortable as well. I think it will be a great mattress for him as he grows. We all love it!
