This is my first experience with nectar and I absolutely love it! I love how comfortable it is and the things that came with it. The cooling technology pillows are wonderful as I get too warm when I sleep and prefer to sleep cool. I would definitely buy another nectar mattress in the future.

I am impressed from the get go! Got it today, 4/19/21, had it home opened set up and ready in an hour! I tried it for 5 minutes and I have never before been so instantly in complete comfort! I am pretty sure I made the right choice. It is not giving off any odor either. With the pillows, which are amazing, I got 2 weeks ago I will be sleeping in 7th heaven!!! Color me :blush:happy!

It’s a great mattress and I sleep really well. It’s bulkier than another brand’s mattress I’ve had in the past that I slept just as well on and cost less. But overall if you’re a stomach or side sleeper I can say this is an amazing mattress as far as sleep quality and no complaints there.

Opened the box and released the mattress with great expectations. After a full month of waiting the mattress is still not fully expanded. \It is bowed and something no one could ever sleep on. Three of the corners are bowed up to as much as 3 inches off the platform. One corner never got any thinker than 8 1/@ inches thick. I requested a refund based on their 365 day offer...what I got was a letter asking for photos of the issues, documentation of all kinds of things and a list of things I could try to get it to expand and flatten out. We have been on line and tried every recommendation we could find, including the ones Nectar provided...nothing works. I'm sure like in everything sometimes you get a lemon...but this is a very sour one for sure. We thought we were upgrading to a superior mattress, when we unzipped it what we found was also disappointing. We have had other memory foam mattresses but our current one was 9 years old, felt it was time to get the new cooling type...never got to sleep on it to know if the cooling technology even works.

We got this a few months ago and love it. My husband wanted something more firm and I wanted something softer. This is perfect for both of us. The only complaint I have is that the premium mattress is described as “cooling” and I don’t see any difference between this and our old mattress

Interesting warranty they have for that mattress, removing the cover which is on zip and supposed to be removable voids your warranty and you not able to change it nor buy a new one if you damage old one. So, 1k mattress just thrown away in less then 5 years. Great stuff. Never again.

I came from a temperpedic bed too Nectar. Sometimes the bed feels too soft for my personal preference but I’m not waking up with back pain. 4 stars cause I wish it was just a touch more firm or that I had ordered the more firm one. I don’t feel like this mattress makes me sleep any cooler than previous ones I have owned.

I purchased a queen mattress May 2021, however, I did not receive it until July 2021. The mattress was uncomfortable immediately, but, I knew it would require a time of adjustment. It is now October 2022, and the mattress is UNBEARABLE! My husband and I are small people, and very fit, however; we wake every morning achy from the restless night of tossing and turning. There is a "hump/ridge" down the center of the mattress that has been there from day one. When I inquired about it I was told that this would work out over time. We are now replacing our 1 year old mattress with a standard mattress. This has been a very expensive experience.

While the mattress looks nice it's still fairly hard over a month later and I've noticed no cooling whatsoever. I still get uncomfortably hot and usually have to toss my blankets off during the night. It's better than my previous mattress, but that one was so old I could feel the springs in my side.

I owned a Nectar for nearly 5 years. It was just comfortable enough so we settled for it because of the price. 4 years in, it developed a visibly noticeable lump in the middle of the mattress. Not only could you SEE the lump but you can also feel it. It feels as if you have to roll uphill to lay in the center of the mattress. I didn't worry, I submitted the required pics to Nectar support assuming they would "gladly replace the defective mattress" with a new one. One of the pics shows a small stain that happened from changing a baby on that mattress. So, the claim was denied and I am stuck with a defective, highly uncomfortable mattress. You lost a customer Nectar and I hope my review prevents others from falling for the same trap. Ridiculous.
