Not sure how good the mattress is. Customer service does not give any information. Website states 7-10 days when you purchase it. Order at your own risk, currently they are now saying 22-26 days before they will even ship the product. Wondering now why I even bothered to try them since apparently they lie right after they get your money.

I ordered my Queen sized mattress on April 4th 2021, with the free sleep bundle after high recommendations from friends. I received my sheets pillows and mattress cover in good time. But what good is all of that with out the MATTRESS! I have seen so many good reviews about the mattress helping with lower back pain, and other sleep issues. I suffer from SEVER lower back pain and was hoping the new mattress would come quickly and give me some relief. But I cant even get an update on why my order is still processing. Is there anyone out there that can help?!

Didn't know what to expect as it was the first time we purchased via online without the chance to see it in person. Had an old spring mattress going bad and digging in the back on one side of the mattress. It was definitely time to upgrade for a good night's rest. We have been really impressed by the Nectar so far. No more pain and it's been giving us a good night's rest so far. We purchased a queen in the meantime until we move into our new place and it will be placed in the guest room. Until then, it's a contender for the master as well.

I've forgotten, somehow, That I ached so, before. And it's wonderful now, I don't hurt anymore. As a side sleeper and occasional tiger-knee sleeper, I no longer wake up with lower back pain. I do still sleep with support pillows though. If you're looking for a good mattress at a great price, look no further.

This may be the softest bed I ever have been on. Seems to be excellent quality. I went to Mattress Firm after to lay on various other beds and they were all more firm. So no issue at all with the company - just be aware if you are not sure then go find a store first before you purchase. Went to the chiropractor for help first time ever for back issues. Hopefully can find something firmer.

Bought my first one 2 years ago. When it came time to replace the mattress in the guest bedroom I felt the ONLY choice was another one!! Now when we have out of town guest they all ask about the mattress many have commented that is one of the best nights sleep they have ever had!

I’ve gotten some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while from this mattress! The only issue I have isn’t the mattress, but how long it took to ship and the lack of communication about it. I understand that delays happen, but I would find out I have to wait another week by checking the status online when on the website it stated I’d receive updates about the shipping.

The frame and asses are great and arrived nicely, but I can’t sleep on them - patiently awaiting my full mattress but my health concerns aren’t happy with my sleeping on the modern couch. Perhaps put some of the marketing dollars into your distribution budget. I have hundreds of followers and would love to share a great story about this mattress, but I need to have it to do so!! Three plus weeks and waiting!

It’s great. I don’t even want to get up and go to work anymore. I just want to lay in bed. I can’t say it’s done anything major with my back pain yet but my old mattress was pretty noisy and had the springs in it. This is a true upgrade I don’t feel like I’m waking the whole house when I turn over on the other side. My dog definitely LOVES it. Thank you so much Nectar!

I purchased for my son who has refused to sleep on his own bed for far too many years to admit. The kid has not asked to sleep in a different bed since the arrival of this Nectar classic foam mattress. He & my husband sleeps like a tornado in all positions, while I sleep mostly on my back and sides. We all agree that we sleep well in the bed and it’s comfortable, but supportive. We also appreciated that the Japanese joinery frame was so easy to assemble.
