I purchased this matress six years ago and when I first bought it I slept great, especially when switching from a conventional bed. Over the last year or two I've woken up with chronic back pain. Initially I thought it was my pillow and I tried every pillow known to man with no relief. It wasn't untill I started falling asleep on my couch of all things that I realized it was just my matress. When I began sleeping in bed the pain came back, same with camping, no pain to then sleep in my bed again severe back pain. I realize this matress has a lifetime warranty but like most companies there's a lot of if, and, but, or. It served me well for the price but I expect 8-10 years out of a matress not 5. Best I can tell it just doesn't support the natural S curve of my spine anymore and it has gotten too soft causing be to over arch or under arch my back.

We previously had a pillow top. It was great , until it wasn’t anymore and it was just a huge sunk in pit. Finally caved and ordered a nectar and so much relief on my back. I was constantly waking up with back pain and not sleeping through the night due to tossing and turning and now I sleep like a baby

This is my first nectar mattress. I was afraid it would be too hard but it turns out to be just about right I have issues with my back and my hips and my shoulders so anything that's too hard I can't sleep I've been doing pretty good since I got the nectar thank you

It took me a while to finally commit to getting a Nectar mattress, but I am so glad that I did. I wake up with minimal or no back pain like I had with my very old traditional mattress. The foundation was a no brainer as well. It took no time to set up. The only criticism I have is for the sheets. I know why they were free with the mattress; they are not good. The top sheet doesn't fit; I can't tuck it under the mattress. And yes, it is the right size. The good news is that when i told nectar about the sheets they credited my account, which allowed me to get sheets that fit. With everything said, I would highly recommend the Nectar mattress.

So the website clearly stated 5-10 business days for delivery when I ordered. Knowing this, I gave away my old mattress and went on vacation for 3 weeks. At last I arrived home only to find out my new Nectar mattress hadn't even been shipped yet. I spent a week in a hotel and came home on the delivery date. The sun is now down and it still isn't here, 29 days later. Guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight. Thanks alot guys, and thank your customer service department for ignoring me as well. You can still call me and make this right. -D btw, I just checked your site to see if it still states 5-10 business days delivery. I am dumbfounded to see that it now says 2-3 days! Seriously! You should be ashamed . . . .

We did our homework on mattresses a little over a year ago and found the Nectar and it had the best guarantee , well it’s a little over a year old and my wife and I are both having problems sleeping on it now , we wake up with more back pain than we went to sleep with , we constantly rotate the mattress and it shows where we both have slept and now we are looking for a new mattress . We both thought with the warranty that Nectar has it would of lasted longer than a year .

Even though I researched the Nectar mattress and filled out a profile to clarify whether it was right for me, it is not working out. I purchased it in August. After about a week or two, my back began to hurt every morning even before getting out of bed. I then went to vist family for 8 days and after 2 nights sleep I noticed my back was not hurting each morning. When I returned, I paid close attention to my body's reaction to the mattress. The problem definitely was the Nectar mattress. I recently returned from two weeks vacation where I slept extremely well on a pillow top mattress. I need to return the Nectar mattress.

Unfortunately I have heard all the amazing reviews so I ordered one on the 16th along with the bed frame and pillow and sheet set. Everything but the mattress has arrived and not even a ship date or process date or anything. I called and got a very vague response saying that I could get it sometime mid May. Which would have been nice to know since I was moving to a new apartment in two weeks at the time.

While the mattress looks nice it's still fairly hard over a month later and I've noticed no cooling whatsoever. I still get uncomfortably hot and usually have to toss my blankets off during the night. It's better than my previous mattress, but that one was so old I could feel the springs in my side.

My nectar mattress is very comfortable - medium firmness - neither too firm nor too soft. Purchased adjustable frame & love convenience of elevating head and/or feet as desired. I am a restless sleeper but noticed I wake less frequently on the Nectar mattress. I have found this to be a vast improvement over my previous mattress.
