I’m not very happy with my descision nor my purchase of this mattress. It fells as if it was used before. Where you sit to get on and off the bed has indentations deep the size of someones bottom. When you change positions in bed or move your feet the bed vibrates seconds after you change positions. The bed feels really cool as an older person that’s uncomfortable for me as my body temperature is on the cooler side. I am mot happy with the mattress. I feel like I spent too much for the mattress mot to be comfortable. I don’t know if it is possible to get a new mattress or a refund I would definitely take it. I’m not happy with the product at all!!!!

This bed was great the first 6 months. After this time. You will find yourself turning the mattress trying to get the feel of when you first bought it. Back problems and mild breathing problems will start to appear. After the bed is broken down it gives no support at all and wraps around you to where you cannot extend your lungs while sleeping. Please do not buy this bed you're wasting you're money you work so dearly hard for.

My first delivery came with a deformed mattress that was soft as expected but deformed. It was replaced and the new one was not deformed but harder than previous Nectar Mattresses Ive purchased. Kristen in customer service did an excellent job or resolving my issues. And, the king pillows were hard as well I had to buy new softer pillows. Ive purchased a queen in the past and it came with the comfiest pillows.

I had a bed that was 9 years old. It was sagging and killing my back. Tossing and turning was a nightly thing and a sore body is usually what I woke up to. Not anymore baby! Seriously though. If you're ever considering a new bed, get the nectar. You not only won't regret it but it'll change your life.

Ive tried every mattress I can think of and finally chose to try this one. My sleep pattern was always interrupted with other mattresses and always had some sort of ache or pain in the morning. But so far I'm not experiencing any of that. I hope it continues to be one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever tried. So thank you for checking in

The ease of purchasing and having the delivery of such a bulky item with just the press of a button! Seemed a bit too soft at first (considering itd only been a few hours), but my impatient self couldn't handle waiting any longer, once fully expanded I was completely satisfied, and sleep improved tremendously. Considering I work graveyards obtaining sleep through the day can be a challenge with the whole world wide awake. The minute I lay in bed now I ease into sleep each and every time! Slept on a nectar mattress for a week at my sister's place. Got should and hip relief within days. Came home immediately purchased one. I am not getting the same relief. Only difference is that I do not have the mattress protector. Seems odd that would be a difference but willing to purchase to give it a try. Problem is, the king size has been out of stock for months with no date as to when they will get them. Odd... they still offer the bundle with a king size mattress. Wondering if new purchasers are receiving the mattress protector?

It took a long time for a long time the mattress to come in (one month I think), but everything else (the frame and the sheets/pillows) came in a few days. The frame was easy to build, and the packaging for the sheets and pillows were very nice! The mattress was fairly easy to unpack. Sadly a few holes were ripped in the mattress when I got it, but nothing too noticeable. It was definitely ripped from how it was packaged or in transit. After sleeping in my nectar bed for a while now, it's very comfortable and has helped with pain in my back from the way it hugs my body when I sleep. With that said, it does get pretty warm at night especially if I don't adjust or move in my sleep, so I'll occasionally wake up with my back being sweaty from sinking into one spot on the bed. ALSO, sitting or laying on one edge of the bed WILL cause the opposite side or corner of the bed to lift up a little if the weight isn't spread out evenly. So far it hasn't caused me or anyone to fall off the bed, but it was alarming to figure this out.

Iv had this mattress for over a week and it’s still not fully “full”. When I sit on the corner of the mattress my butt and mattres touch the ground. Also the head board I ordered with the bundle I had to return because it came broken. Not very happy in general.

After first unpackaging the bed felt super soft but after it sat for a day it firmed up nicely. The edges don't sink in when you sit on the side which is great for memory foam beds. We bought a cheap memory foam bed from a local store and this bed feels much better. If you add a little pillow topper on I think it will be perfect.
