I really like the new mattress to sleep on. Very comfortable for every position . It’s neither soft or hard. Just firm and soft enough which we are looking in for a mattress. The only downside is that when you sit on the edge, you tend to slide off because it’s not firm like the box mattress. If not for that i could have given it a five star ratings.

This bed was great the first 6 months. After this time. You will find yourself turning the mattress trying to get the feel of when you first bought it. Back problems and mild breathing problems will start to appear. After the bed is broken down it gives no support at all and wraps around you to where you cannot extend your lungs while sleeping. Please do not buy this bed you're wasting you're money you work so dearly hard for.

I am so glad I chose a Nectar mattress. I have been struggling with sciatica and back pain which was made much worse by sleeping on an old, worn out mattress. I would wake up every morning and sometimes throughout the night in pain. I have slept on the Nectar mattress now for a week and it is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, hands down. It's soft like butter but also firm enough that you don't feel like you're being sucked in. It has just the right amount of give. It's very gentle on my achy back and I have not had ANY pain while laying on it! Another awesome thing about Nectar is that there is no movement transfer so even though I turn from side to side throughout the night, my fiancé doesn't feel it at all. We had been sharing a Queen for many years and upgraded to a King with the Nectar and it is a game-changer! We have so much space to spread out, turn without elbowing each other, and our pets have plenty of room so we don't feel crowded. Nectar also sleeps very cool, especially compared to some other foam mattresses I've slept on which made me feel extremely hot. We got the deal with the pillows and sheet set as well and we both love the pillow! The sheets are high quality and super soft. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the price, but I feel like I definitely got my money's worth with this mattress. And the great sleep and reduced back pain have been priceless!

My nectar mattress is the best purchase I ever made. I'm finally getting a good night's sleep, and my pressure points aren't sore, and no numbness. I would totally recommend this mattress to anyone that has pressure point issues and they want to get the best sleep ever. Unpacking the bed was very easy, the bed took its shape very quickly. So glad I made this purchase!

Very pleased with our nectar purchase. With my old mattress I was waking up with back and hip pain, even though it was less than 2 years old! I needed to stick to a budget and after a good amount of research, nectar was it! Did not disappoint. This is definitely a firm sleep though, so if that’s not your jam this mattress is not for you.

Originally I was quite pleased with the comfort level and feel of my Twin Memory Foam mattress. I still like my mattress after over a year however the Foundation Platform is another issue entirely. The other night my platform started caving in as the bolts securing it came loose and the metal support side beams started to bend and buckle. I tried adjusting the foundation but the slats would no longer hold as the frame was bent. I went to Nectar online and chatted with a rep. who told me I needed to submit pictures of the damage as well as a a picture of a tag that was supposed to be there on the frame. After half a dozen back and forth's there seemed to be a problem getting my situation addressed because there is no tag on the foundation. Finally I found a tad identifying the mattress on the flip side, took a photo and emailed it in. Apparently this wasn't good enough for them to address the problem. I stated I was only looking for a replacement not a refund or upgrade, all to no avail. Doesn't this company keep a record of what was shipped to who and when (they do have it on their database of orders as I later found). Shouldn't this along with photos suffice to get my problem addressed. There is no reason they cannot send me a replacement. They are using the excuse that they need the tag from the frame. Do their Chinese frame builders require this to okay and order of this poorly made item ? .... I am not going to do any further business with Nectar as I feel they do not back up their products. PS. I weigh 145 pounds and am not particularly rough on the bed.

Solid bed.. too solid. Convenient to order and set up. Within 2 days, it was the full shape and firmness. The challenge is that it is so firm that I feel like I am sleeping on a carpeted floor. The padding in my carpeting may be more forgiving than this mattress. I chose the least firm one on purpose and cannot imagine a bed being even more rigid. Hoping that it will relax over time - if not, I will need a thick mattress topper to be able to sleep without waking up throughout the night.

We have a Nectar Mattress and the first month to second we slept good. We then started feeling like our Nectar was feeling like the one we replaced and asked to have it replaced. Not a refund, a replacement. We were asked to send pictures, we did. Then they wanted more specific pics, we did. Then the pics were still not quite what they wanted. So, now we are back to sleeping like we did on our old mattress without a resolution to the problem. We are still within our 365 day trial. So, we believe the picture game is to drag things out to pass 365 so we have a whole different type of issues. 365 trial should be without complication, especially when a refund is not being requested, but should still granted even if it is. Hint's the term trial.

Worst Experience! Ordered Queen Mattress and adjustable bed frame. Frame came and was damaged and looked used. We got that swapped out and things were pretty good for about 11 months...then issues with mattress started. I can feel every...single...movement! Contacted CS and was advised that I should upgrade to the King and I won't feel it as much. I sent them a video clip of their advertising, showing the bowling ball and wine glass. They had us take pictures and sent a replacement mattress. This one was hard as a rock. We went back to the first mattress and messaged CS again and asked to send in pictures. I called and spoke with CS and asked about just getting money back...they advised me that I was now over time to do so, even though I originally contacted them, prior to the end of the 365 day trial. They offered to send a mattress topper. Took over a month to come and reeked of chemicals. Took over 2 weeks to air out and after finally putting it on the bed, no real difference...Haven't slept properly since August! Waste of money and now spending my weekend looking for a replacement mattress!

I had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for around 13 years and thought I couldn’t do better. But when I was moving, I decided to get a new mattress. I have had my Nectar mattress for 1 1/2 months and love it! Just as described-perfect amount of firmness and softness!
