Tried to return mattress after two weeks of use and Nectar will not refund. Mattress is too soft and squished down. Sent pictures and emails and they responded that they will not consider a refund for thirty days, then they want a set of photos requiring measurements of the indentations with a ruler, photos without the sheets on, pictures of tags on the underside, etc. After this you must wait for their review, then donate to a company who apparently gives you a receipt after it goes onto a truck. Obviously this all takes a long time. Nectar has built a complex return system that makes it very difficult to return. Requires you to sleep on their mattress for 30 days minimum before "considering" your return. Beware of these sharpies! PS - why do they need all of this personal information to write a review? Review requires you to complete their personal questions in order to post. Kinda creepy!

The mattress sucks you into it, and makes it hard to move around in bed. It makes you sweat like none thing I slept on before. The edge support is terrible. I wake up out of my sleep feeling as though I’m falling when I get to close to the edge. Sleeping on your stomach hurts your back way more then it should.I would not purchase this mattress again. Now don’t get me wrong it’s soft it’s semi thick so if you are a person who enjoys the things I’m complaining about then this is the mattress for you. It came with all the things need to set up by your self if need be. I will say make sure to give a few months before giving a rating. You will need longer then a week of sleeping on it.

These beds are a pretty penny for what you get don’t be fooled by the free product. I ordered this mattress it took a MONTH to get here and now that is here we unwrap it let it sit a few days and find that its defective!! The middle of the mattress has not fluffed up AT ALL. It seems to be the thing was snapped in half. The middle of the bed has a permanent crease in it that has not gone away. Customer support said to roll on it to loosen it:rofl::rofl: I wish I could post pictures on here! I honestly don’t know how there are not more bad reviews, the ones on the website must be filtered out or FAKE!! Horrible experience!!! DO NOT BUY! Our old mattress is literally on the living room floor and we had to wait the 72 hours and then probably wait another month to get another one!!! Horrid company.

My mattress came with some issues, I reached out to see if they could help me with a base for the mattress (it was torn near the bottom left corner and it gets worse being on the floor). The mattress is decent- I owned a Casper and their customer service was much more helpful.

I purchased the Nectar Mattress in 2018. It was amazing. One of my favorite beds I've ever had. Matter of fact I talked most of my family and friends into buying one. I ended up needing my mattress replaced and they replaced it with what apparently is the new style of the mattress and let me tell you it is HORRIBLE, I wake up with so much neck and back pain. If I'm sitting on the edge or the sides I bottom out completely. It came with a crappy cover verse my original that had a nice foam quilted cover. All in all avoid this new "updated" nectar mattress. I'd rather sleep on the floor.

I'm a nurse on 3rd shift. I use to think I slept really well anywhere I slept. I bought this bed because after years in Healthcare my back always hurts. I also would wake up tired but I figured it was just the shift I work. I bought this bed hoping it was going to be worth the money. First sleep, I woke up and was ready to move and didn't feel stiff at all! I bought the adjustable frame with it so I could sleep with my head and feet slightly elevated, the frame is sturdy, I suspect it will last for some time. The massage setting for the frame is so nice! It's not a real massage that you would suspect but the motion and vibration is so soothing, it takes my husband a long time to sleep but with the massage he starts dozing within minutes. The mattress is medium-firm which I prefer, very soft. I just love my new bed! So worth it, I don't think I'll ever go elsewhere again. Side note: there is a weird almost silly putty smell when you first set it up. It does go away, don't let it deter you

I’m somewhere between a 3.5-4 star on this mattress. The mattress is comfortable- but I have been waking up with a sore back and even neck. It’s to the point I have to wake up, crack my back, and even sometimes foam roll. I don’t think it’s providing enough pressure relief for me. My husband can sleep on just about any surface and he’s middle of the road on this one too. I got this bed because of its great reviews. I do have a history of back pain and wanted a mattress for some relief but it’s not provided that. I’m fine with a more firm bed, but this bed isn’t meeting my needs. We have another memory foam bed in our guest room by a competitor and I am tempted to go back to that bed. I want to love this bed more than I do. I really hate the the idea of returning it, but I’m truly not in love with this mattress.

Took me about a 2 weeks to find a mattress after researching. So happy i bought this mattress. I went all in also and got the foundation, bedding and quilt and its all well worth it and a great bundle deal. Everything that was sent from mattress to bedding was packed perfectly and neatly packaged in box. Sheets are so soft and quilt is comfortable. Hybrid mattress is comfortable height is perfect also. I highly recommend nectar mattress. Customer service is great also.

I originally tried this bed in a retailer but ended up buying direct, the only complaint i even have was shipping updates which due to covid is reasonable. only took a month to receive and this bed has not only made it so i can sleep 8 hrs and not over but i wake up with no back pain! i have it on an aimes loft bed and cant feel the slats at all! only thing is ill need to invest in the cooling sheets because of being up has left it warm. still would absolutely recommend!! and mattress was even light to lift once expanded.

It’s been about a month and the mattress already has lost some of its shape and firmness. We followed the instructions and let it expand for several hours. The middle of the mattress sinks in. It’s not very comfortable anymore. I’m extremely disappointed.
