We are very happy with our new mattress. It’s great to wake up with no sore back, hips or neck. I will admit I was a little skeptical about purchasing a mattress online especially one that came in a box! There was a small adjustment period From going from an innerspring traditional mattress to memory foam. In short the support and comfort from this mattress is absolutely amazing and I would encourage anyone shopping for a new mattress to get a nectar mattress you will feel like a new person in the morning.

I originally purchased my nectar mattress in late 2018.... It was delivered 2 weeks late and I was forced to sleep on a mattress pad until it came in as I got rid of my old mattress already. Finally out arrived and was all worth it . Very comfortable, very supportive. Then a little after a year (once the trial was over) It started to get softer and softer despite rotating it every couple months. I contacted nectar about a replacement in 2020 and they were amazing with getting that taken care of. Now... Barely 2 years later once again the replacement mattress is too soft. I hope they replace it again but given my experience and the fact that I barely make it 2 years with this mattress is frustrating. I shouldn't have to replace this ever year anda half to 2 years. Inn the last year I got engaged and my partner moved in so now we share the queen mattress. I wish I had bought a King sized mattress but we'd still have the same problem. I weighed around 215 lbs when I initially got the mattress and now with around 240. My partner weighs around 170..... My side generally is softer but his side is getting there as well and he's walking up in pain as am I. I don't know if the newer "premium" versions are any better but this model doesn't work for me and i don't want to have to replace so regularly.... It can't be good for nectar either but that's what I'll do if I have to. It's the most I've ever spent on a mattress and I can't afford to buy something else right now. I'm so frustrated and in pain!

I took the Nectar instructions to heart...it could be days/weeks before I got used to a new mattress. No such thing. From the first night, I slept comfortably and woke up with considerably less pain than with my old mattress. In fact, most mornings, I wake up in little or no pain at all, and it seems like a miracle! I'm definitely sold on Nectar.

I really thought the mattress couldn't be "that" good. It look me sleeping medicine and a lot of praying to be able to fall asleep lol. Now, my head hits the pillow and I AM OUTTTTTTTT. My husband has huge back issues and he is in love with it as much as I am !

I have been sleeping on a Beautyrest for the better part of 12 years. Recently, my situation changed and I was in need of a new mattress. My boyfriend and I are both law enforcement and he has back issues. Sleeping on my old mattress was killing his back. I also just recently gave birth so my only regret is not purchasing this sooner! The mattress is firm, but not too hard. Setup was a breeze with a baby and a seven year old as my boyfriend was at work when it arrived. All of the extras were icing on the cake! Those sheets? Dang, girl! They are perfect for menopausal WV summer weather and are currently keeping us nice and cool when we sleep. I can't recommend this mattress enough and I'm so thankful I took plunge and splurged on this one instead of another one. Buy it, you won't regret it!

This is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’d give it more like a 8.5/10 firmness. Not comfortable at all. At first this mattress gave me the worse hip pain sleeping on it, now I also have intermittent neck pains and back pains. After a month craters have formed on both sides of the mattress. I had my previous mattress for 9 years before a crater formed! Do not waste your money on this junk.

The mattress is designed nicely, but for me i sink into the molding and then when i want to go switch sleep positions i have to kinda wake up and pull myself out of said molding and re fall asleep. The mattress is also very hot, im not sure why, but i think because it cradles your body. My back pain has not subsided or improved. So far been on mattress for 3 Weeks and I probably wont keep.

I ordered 2 night stands, 2 dresser toppers ( the picture was misleading. I thought the dresser came with the topper) The only piece that can without severe damage was one nightstand. This is not just shipping damage , this is poor packing damage, everything was loose and you can tell it was flopping around. I called and was told to send pictures. I did and did not hear anything back for 2 days. By then another piece was delivered and damaged. When I called to make the 2nd claim, she said a first claim was never submitted! She said she saw my email but no claim. At this point I expect a full refund and they can send someone to pick up their crap. I’m so disappointed because I centered all my other decorating around this furniture. I did order a king bed and the grey tufted headboard 3 weeks ago, my husband and love it. I guess I though the furniture would not be an issue.

I am happy so far with this mattress. It is a more firm mattress which works for me since I am primarily a stomach and side sleeper. I am finding that when you sit on the edge of it it feels like you sink down a bit more than a normal mattress. Otherwise, have been happy with the purchase.

Its bad...after less than a year, my bed sinks because the frame are falling apart. I tried to find parts but nobody carry them. The middle support is not sturdy either. I have to reinforced all the parts of the bed so I dont have to buy another one. Useless. Better to buy a new frame and I dont have to pay for labor.
