It took me about 2 years to finally make up my mind into buying this mattress. While delivery was pretty fast, setting it up was also pretty fast. I feel the mattress is a little more firm that I like. It also came with no instructions in side the box even tho the email said to look for instructions. After the mattress was ready to be used, I noticed some few little holes on the cover it self. I didn't make a big deal because I also bought the protection cover. But after paying what I paid for this mattress u expect to be in perfect conditions. And when it comes to sleeping, I'm still having trouble sleeping and sometimes I wake up with pains in my body. I bought this mattress because my two oldest kids have it, but when they saw mines they said it's definitely different than theis. I'm not a 100% happy with my purchase. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.

This mattress has given me some of the best sleep I have had in a long time! Not going to lie, the delivery process was not great at all but once I received the mattress it made up for it! It soft, quiet, hugs your body so you can have all the support you need while you sleep, and it's breathable. Great job! I just wish I purchased the adjustable lol

Honestly when I bought this mattress in 2018, it was the most comfortable mattress I had ever owned. We rebought a king this year and every night I am in pain. My hips and shoulders hurt from how stiff it is and even after a month, it has not softened. I had to buy a mattress topper just to get through the night because I would be up for hours in pain. I am just so disappointed and feel stuck, it truly feels like a rock.

This mattress/ frame is awesome. Very sturdy and fit inside my current headboard and foot board/sideboard. Being that I have a C1-C5 fushion and a T1-T2 fushion, it is almost impossible to sleep flat on my back. This set-up is awesome as I am able to raise the top to "Snore" and it takes all the pressure off for a comfortable nights sleep. Only one recommendation. . . optional Female plugs at headrail to plug in electric blanket and powered by electric motor functions.

Purchased this mattress for my adult daughter. Her review, “You can tell them it's so comfortable I have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. ” It is also highly recommended by her two Sphinx cats. Since the arrival of her nectar mattress, they have resumed sleeping with her after abandoning her old mattress for more comfortable spaces. That might be a con for some, but a definite bonus for her.

I’m a repeat customer, which makes this especially disappointing. I purchased this same mattress about three years ago and absolutely loved it—great support, solid density, and it held up really well over time. Based on that experience, I didn’t hesitate to buy the exact same model again. Unfortunately, the product I received this time feels completely different. The density is noticeably lower, and the overall quality just isn’t what it used to be. It lacks the same support and durability that made me come back in the first place. It’s frustrating because I expected consistency, especially when purchasing the same product. I’m hoping this is a one-off issue, but as it stands, I’m pretty disappointed.

We purchased this bed and frame for my husband who was having problems with his back and other medical issues. He went into the hospital a couple of days before we received it. My stepson put it together so that he would have a great bed to come home to. He has not come out of the hospital in almost about a month or so. I do not believe he will come home at all. He is now on dialysis as of today. I wish I could say something positive, but I really do not have it together right now. Susan Daugherty

My mother purchased this mattress for our guest room. We find it a bit too firm. We understand there is a break in time but that will be a long while for us, since this is a guest bed. My mother is a side sleeper and it is very noticeable to her. We know we could add on a foam topper but that will cause some issue in height and linens we have purchased. She is a bit disappointed in this mattress. However, it does seem well made.

Great for sleeping, but does not hold up long term. We have had our mattress replaced, by the warranty, two times. Our bed starts to sag significantly after only 1-2 years. If they did not have a forever warranty we would have switched to something else.

I will say I no longer have back pain every night, as my previous mattress gave, that was too soft. But the downfall of my purchase is DO NOT by this mattress and frame without the headboard. It's a nightmare dealing with the space between the mattress and wall. The pillows fall behind it every night. I now have to buy the headboard outside of the bundle deal.
