I got the queen mattress bundle, all the products seem really nice. I also purchased the mattress foundation, which had some major issues with the parts, and since the company is based in ENGLAND, made it absolutely impossible for any assistance in fixing the issue, or to get a replacement part. I would rate this as a ZERO if possible, but not fair to the mattress which as far as I can tell, (due to missi9ng parts, still haven't even gotten it out of the package yet, a month later) is just fine.

My title says it all. At the start, I received the wrong piece sizes for my bedframe and my mattress ripped while using the cutting tool they provided. Fun right? It's okay though, support was more than willing to help my issues. I got a new mattress and bedframe pieces sent. Mattress arrived and I very very carefully opened that one, and no problems. Bedframe pieces took a little longer, and when it finally came in. Shoot me, it's the wrong pieces I was asking for. I contacted support again this time with pictures and circling the piece I needed. They understood and sent the piece. After about a month from the initial order, the right piece finally arrived. I'm 5 stars for nectar because most companies do not have a support and services team willing to help and be so responsive as they were with me. I know it took a while, but thank you for such a comfy bed and easy setup bedframe!

Our bed had begun to “taco” causing my husband and I to roll to the middle the entire night. Our first night with the Nectar, I woke up in a panic and searched the whole bed for him because I couldn’t feel him moving next to me. I’ve never slept so sound and unaware of another person in the bed with me. Now, if my husband or I has a bad nights sleep, the other can wake up blissfully with a full tank to give patience for the other. The best part of my day is getting in that bed and the worst part is when me feet step out of it.

We like a softer mattress but didn’t want to be falling into each other. This mattress feels firm when you lay on it but you sink in perfectly and it forms around you perfectly. I usually have to roll over a lot because of pain in my hips but I haven’t had to do that since we got this mattress.

I bought the mattress for my room at my firehouse and love it! After sleeping on the mattress supplied to us, which ironically was the same one the army gave me, my back was killing me from constantly getting up in the middle of the night. But the nectar mattress has worked wonders! Even if I only get a few hours of sleep I feel refreshed with no back pain. I produce insane amounts of body heat when I am sleeping and the mattress helps keep me cool.

I have tried to like this mattress. I tried one at my friends house and thought it felt good. It is just way too smishy. If you are completely prone it feels very firm. However, when you sit at the edge or sit on the bed to do something it sinks. Also, when you are laying in one place you have to pull on something to get yourself out of the whole to get up. I don't know what to do.

Reading about a mattress that came in a box and would blow up to a soft amazing mattress seemed very skep. But I decided to take the chance and order a king. I LOVE it! It is so comfortable, you can get in and out of bed without waking or moving your partner. I highly recommend this mattress!

I bought my Nectar mattress (The Nectar Mattress) in May 2021, and at first had a really good experience with it. It was definitely an upgrade from my old mattress, which was 13 years old and survived two moves at that point. But after the first year, I started having shoulder pain more regularly, then lower back pain as well. Then I started to realize that the bed was starting to permanently warp so that the middle was noticeably higher and the sides/edges were flattening out, to the extent that I started to feel like I had to hang on to avoid rolling out of bed. Not ideal after having it for only a year and a half. A full size "The Nectar Mattress" is probably fine for just one person who is on the thinner side, but I can't really recommend it generally.

I don't feel I can rate this mattress fairly because I am a disabled vet with multiple back, neck, hip and knee issues, and this mattress has not helped at all. I will say that I bought this mattress because my son has one and I slept on his one night and loved it. It's firm and comfortable although it's a bit warm. Honestly, I think most people would really like this mattress but I don't think there's hope for me. I'm on my 10th or 12th mattress in 20 years and none of them help me sleep, but that's not the mattresse's fault.

I was really a little disappointed since all the revues were so good. Maybe I had my hopes up too high for a mattress I was not able to try out before purchasing. Its pretty comfortable but not that magic comfort that makes you look forward to jumping in bed on like I found a couple sparse times on vacation. I think if I had to do it over again I would try a diiferent brand or something that was a little softer.
