Took more than a month to arrive after being sent back multiple times still haven’t gotten it my aunt recently got one and it took a week to even unfold maybe i made the wrong decision choosing this company i really hope you dont make the same mistake

I love this new bed. I have not had any more pain since sleeping on it. There was a few days of adjustment getting used to it, but over all my sleep quality since has been amazing. I sink in just enough that I'm supported but not so much that my back or hips are feeling like they are being pulled or cracked. That said, this bed is quite a lot firmer than I expected, but I think thats also why its helped my pain so much. Its got great edge support while sleeping too unlike my old bed, so I dont feel like Im going to slide off.

Having slept on this mattress for about six months, it has become more and more uncomfortable. There is simply not enough support in it anymore. The bed has developed a divot and I only weigh 135 lbs. it feels like I’m falling out of the bed. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone UNLESS they like a REALLY soft mattress. If you have ANY back problems, keep looking. Large expense for 6 months of use.

I really wanted to love this mattress. My husband does and wants to keep it. I think the foam is softer for heavier people - my husband has at least 60 pounds on me. For me the mattress is way too firm. Keeping it a little longer to see if it softens up but it has already been a month. It also had a terrible chemical smell that didn’t go away for the first full week, maybe a little longer.

At first both husband and I woke with back pain. The mattress is firm. It took some days to get use to it hoping the next day would be better than the last. Just last night I put the foam topper on the bed we had for previous mattress. Was able to sleep slightly better but now the cooling aspect of the mattress was gone. The cooling sheets took time to get use to as well but between the sheets and the cooling mattress I did not wake up with night sweats. That is a major plus. Wish we could find a happy medium. Right now its like we are choosing between waking up with back pain or night sweats. Over all not happy with purchase

I’m a side sleeper with back injuries and am also 6ft tall. Last night was my first night on the mattress and I couldn’t believe I slept soundly through the night. When I woke and sat up, the pain I normally feel every day doing this was gone. I’m so happy. I will review again in 30 days but night 1 I already feel a huge improvement in quality of sleep and back pain relief!

I wanted to love Nectar. I wanted to like this bed. But man, every morning I wake up stiff and uncomfortable! The bed is very firm with very little give to it. After trying for over a month, we decided to return the bed because my back pain in the morning has gotten worse each day. *I have never woken up with a sore back from a bed before* The return process has been long and frustrating and we feel that the website was quite misleading on the process.

I feel like I'm sleeping on a cement pad. I have Bursitis in my left and right hip. I thought this mattress would relieve pressure points so I could get a good night's sleep but it hasn't. I guess I'm stuck with this mattress til I can afford to purchase another.

I love my nectar bed. I have been sleeping the best I have slept in years. I was having some lower back pain in the middle of the night and am so happy to report that not being an issue anymore. Not only am I very comfortable but I don't feel my husband rolling around. It is the best mattress we have had! I highly recommend.

Our foundation broke 10 days after the warranty expired. I expect a frame to last more than 3 years. Was told there wasn’t anything they could do. Not even partially honoring it. The bed is fine but I wouldn’t buy again due to poor service. Don’t want to buy a frame every 3 years.
