The pods have a smooth compact texture and feel sturdy but still dissolve completely during the wash there. There is no gummy residue left over in the dispenser or on the dishes. When used as directed one pod in the dry detergent compartment per load, they perform exactly how you want a premium pod to perform. They tackle stuck on food. Help residue, cloudy film and noticeably. Cut down on spots on glasses and silverware. I have found as long as the dishwasher isn't overloaded the pod is placed correctly and my dishes come out.
