I like that they're a cleanser and rinse aid in one simple and easy to use package. The instructions were straight forward. I generally have to wash my espresso glasses twice, but this pod cleaned them in the first go and they dried without streaks.

They are in a hard little rectangle you toss in. My dishes are grease free. And I got them in the pouch that stores away under the sink.
