I just stick one in the dispenser and start. For a little pod, I am surprised by how well they clean. Even my dishes with dried-on food come out spotless. They’re not 100% perfect, but pretty close. I didn’t pre-rinse or use any rinse aid either, just the pods. My glasses look clear, my utensils come out shiny, and there’s no cloudy film left behind. I also like that the pods dissolve completely every time; I’ve never found any leftover residue in the detergent compartment. They are a bit pricier than some other brands, but the results are consistently excellent. If you want a low-effort, high-performance dishwasher detergent, these are great. My only concern comes from the casing on the pods. Admittedly, I am not super knowledgeable on the subject but from what I can gather is that they are a type of plastic. I definitely have environmental and health concerns about such a thing.
