On the flip side, they’re noticeably pricier than basic tablets, and in some quick cycles or heavily loaded racks, I spotted a faint film on a few plastic containers. If you have an older dishwasher or hard water, these pods are definitely worth it for the improved performance; if your machine is new and your water is very soft, you might find a cheaper option does “good enough”. Overall good .. but I have been trying to switch to liquid cleaner for a plastic free environment and also health issues .

I have to say that these dishwasher pods work surprisingly well. I always ignore any time a dishwasher detergent says it includes JetDry or other rinse aid, because I live where we only have well water, and we have excessive heavy mineral deposits in our water, but even despite me running out of separate rinse aid, my dishes still came out clear and spot free!
