I tried to be cautiously optimistic but should have trusted my gut. It worked great the first time, and would have been fun if it had lasted but the second time we set it up the top ring already had a slow leak. We took extra precautions with it, put a thick tarp underneath, and weren't rough with it (my little kids just sat in the middle and splashed with some toys when they used it). Didn't expect it to last forever but should have lasted more than one use.

I bought this pool for my toddler daugther And we love it but where it open to get the water out got a rip and put the patch but didnt work But other than that was great I dont know if i can return it and get another one i dont have the box anymore

You guys should list styles of air-pumps that works best to inflate this pool, because the pump we used that came with an air mattress took forever to inflate the pool, the hole was a little bigger than the pool and the air just would not go in. We had use tape to try to trap the air ...so someone please post a picture of the pump you used...I'm not deflating it until summer is over ! Ridiculous

Our Sam's is about 45 minutes away I bought this set it up for my kids they were so excited and the darn thing is defective! The air will not hold and I can not find where it's coming out from. Now to put it back in the box if possible to return it. Horrible experience and disappointed with Sam's we've always bought pools from here.

This pool was great! Got us through the entire summer. Unfortunately we had to pitch it at the end of the summer because the kids played hard on it for several months and likely put a hold in and it didn't hold air great. Will this pool return to sams this season? Hope soon!

Pool is ok however there has got to be a slow leak in a seam or the ports. I blew it up, set it on soft surface and then started to fill with hose. With in about half full, you can see both the air chambers had started to deflate before it's first use. I let the kiddos play in it as long as they could but it will be a headache to attemp filling with air daily since I can't seem to find the leak.

I purchased the pool in March or April. I live in Michigan so it wasn't pool weather then, fast forward to today which is June 27, 2019. I just opened and inflated the pool, and wouldn't you know the pillows won't stay inflated. I called Summer Waves because it's not a Sam's club issue. Costumer service is horrible they want you to jump through all these hoops about their horrible defective product. She told me to take pictures find my receipt if I want a replacement. Sam's you need to find a vendor that stands behind their product!!!! Summer Waves is horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! You guys owe your members way better than this or Summer Waves. Please Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money on this Horrible Company!!!!@

My husband and I bought this pool and were only able to use it once. It ended having a slow leak somewhere along the bottom section. We would blow it up and after just a short time the bottom half would be deflated. We tried to find the leak and could not. Everything else was great and could have been the perfect pool to cool off in the Texas heat.

Love this pool! Holds a bunch of teenagers and its very well constructed! will be fun this summer!

I love this pool but the lower chamber slowly deflates. I have checked for leaks and can't find it. It's perfect for 2 adult women on floats! I just wish it would hold air in the bottom chamber!!!!
