3 stars is simply a baseline for anything with the name Lysol on it; I have respect for Lysol. However, I couldn't tell this product did anything. It smells nice. Does any of my laundry feel better? No. Does it look better? No. Maybe something happens microscopically. While not doing anything obviously good, it does have a major drawback: some clothing will shrink when using this product. I don't think that should happen. This Lysol product was the only variable different in my normal washing routine. One or two pieces of clothing would shrink on virtually every load once used for awhile. I stopped using this Lysol product and nothing else has shrank since. This was my experience, maybe yours will be better. I only use this product for towels now.

With everything going on right now at the moment it’s good to know this kills all the germs that regular laundry detergent doesn’t. I feel more at ease knowing my children’s clothing is germ free when using this stuff. The amount you get for the price is unbeatable anywhere else. The smell is great. Pairs well with any detergent and leaves clothes smelling fresh and clean.

Don't really believe that this works as well as it says it does. But its good marketing and I like to think that my blankets and pillows haven't been soaked in a pool of our dirty underwear water when being washed. It says to only use in cold water, I use hot water for towels, blankets, sheets, ect. so maybe that may affect the efficacy of it. it just provides me peace of mind that I wont be getting pink eye when i lay my head on my laundered pillows.

Just what i wanted to feel safe during this time. Making sure clothing is virus free with this laundry sanitizer. And it leaves a fresh clean scent on clothing. I love this product. I know its hard to get right now but not impossible. Stay safe and God bless all.

I have a family member who is incontinent of urine. The bedding is protected by pads, but it can hold ordor! Then and we have 3 small dogs with their blankets and beds. The bedding for both my family member and dogs comes out fresh and sanitizer!!! I live this product!!!

This years flu season ‘2019-2020’ has set new record's in Amarillo Texas. We were rated 5th in the region for the most flu cases. I truly believe adding Lysol to all of my family’s laundry (including my 2 toddler children laundry) it has helped us fight off all the nasty, contagious viruses. It’s safe to use on all fabrics you toss in the washer. Great for any potty accidents my 3 yo might have and washing pillows, sheets & workout attire. Will never go back to doing laundry without Lysol laundry sanitizer. So happy that sams carries it in a huge tub.

We will always use this product to help kill germs.

This gets smells out of anything. Teenage boy smell? Gone. Pee smell? Gone. Pet smell? Gone.
