Wanted something that would sanitize

This product is amazing! Our HE front load washer used to have a smell despite having it professionally cleaned and leaving its door open to aerate. The tech explained that fabric softner is main cause due to gunking up and clumps in the washer and water drain. I have been able to replace fabric softener with this product. Everything comes out deodorized, no static, and our hard water dingy fabrics have brightened. If you filter to negative ratings, you will notice that most are due to reasons unrelated to actual product. By the way, the product does not add blue color to whites if your machine is running the rinse cycles as it should. Regarding allergies, I'm glad my family and I are not. Allergies are a fickle thing and can take time and effort to figure out what's causing it. Lastly, if using this product seems to have brought out bad smells in your washer, you had hidden bacteria plugged probably by washer gunk from oils and bacteria released during wash and compounded most likely by softener gunk. If you can afford, have machine professionally cleaned and then run several washes with old cleaning towels with good quality detergent (I prefer Tide Oxi) and use this Lysol Disinfecting product in rinse cycle a couple of times. That with maintenance per your machine should rid of any pet or other smell issues. I am not associated with the company nor have been compensated in any way for this product. We’ve been using this a long time. Gives laundry a fresh smell. Just remember to put it in fabric softener dispenser.
