We can understand your frustration and hope that these tips will help: Hold the bottle firmly with one hand. Do not squeeze bottle. With the other hand: 1. Place fingers on marked finger pads on opposite sides of the cap. 2. Squeeze cap firmly and turn counterclockwise to unscrew. 3. Unscrew to Open. (Note: Cap does not remove.) 4.
