I recently this purchased item by delivery. Instead of 4 full bottles as described, I received 3 full bottles and 1 clean empty bottle. Seems like a mistake with production.

I am a fan of the Lysol toilet bowl cleaner. If only I could open the twist top. No matter how I grip, reread the instructions and try again, at best I can open maybe one out of ten times. I am going to have to switch brands.

We have hard water and no matter what we do a hard water ring forms at the bowl water line. I have tried so many products and home remedies and nothing has removed the ring except scrubbing (and scratching) with a pumice stone or pool acid. I put some Lysol Advanced in the toilet and let it sit and forgot about it. Went in the bathroom about an hour later and used a scrub wand in it ant the ring came off completely with some scrubbing. I was about to replace the upstairs master bath toilet because of the ring so I tried it in that one. I put some in the toilet and went to bed, The next morning it settled so much that the water was clear, all of the blue was sitting on the bottom of the bowl. I gave it a scrub and again the ring came completely off. The toilet looks new again. Well done Lysol! Since manufacturers always change things or retailers change what they're selling, I'm not taking a chance. Online now to buy a few boxes and store them away. I guess I'm now a toilet prepper.

I have bought this product numerous times. It has a nice smell and cleans the toilet bowl well. I wish that our local Sam's Club in Mobile, AL carried this product in stock. Our local Sam's Club does not offer ANY toilet bowl cleaners in store, this is very inconvenient.

I really like this kind of toilet bowl cleaner but when we received our order 2 of the bottles had leaked and was all over the box. It was well wrapped so didn't get on the rest of the order in the box. We were able to use what was left in the two bottles so we have the other 2 bottles that did not leak.

The cap is very cheap and defective. When I squeezed the bottle to dispense the product, the cleaner not only dispensed through the tip, but gushed out the gap between the blue cap and the neck of the bottle. This caused the strong 12% hydrochloric acid cleaner to run down the side of the bottle and drip onto the floor and walls, and all over my hands, thus burning my skin. I then had to neutralize an acid mess on my hands, the walls, the floors, and on the product container. I have used hydrochloric acid bowl cleaners exclusively for 25 years and never encountered packaging this cheap with other brands.

I’ll never buy this toilet cleaner again. Lysol really needs to put this product is some decent quality bottles. These bottles are the thinnest cheapest bottles that leak and ooze cleaner all over the outside of the bottle. I’ve never had this problem with any other brand and Lysol is supposed to be the supreme brand. Next time I’ll be buying Clorox.

Worst cleaner ever! Bought this 4 pack and all of them are filled up to half, I wasn’t paying attention but on third bottle I got curious and checked unopened bottle and it was half filled, no wonder all my latter ones finished so fast! Don’t buy this product!. Even though this manufacturer is a prominent brand but they use people’s good intention indeed, period! They give people half bottles!!!

This is just like 'The Works' gel toilet bowl cleaner. Im not sure if they 'Works' makes the gel any longer. That's why I am using the Lysol brand now. The stay in place cling is nice. If you are looking for a bleach cleaner, this is not for you. Its powered by hydrochloric acid. The smell is dead up on the 'Ben Gay' products. Not my favorite smell, but it could be worse. Overall it works well and does its job. Cant go wrong with this purchase.

I understand being child-proof, but I struggle every time I try to twist the cap. Once it's open, it stays open. Like others have said, the product will drip down the side of the bottle, even with careful use. Make sure to store it in a "drip pan." I have never had such difficulty opening toilet bowl cleaner. I will not buy this again.
