Must like garlic! Easy to overdue but also delicious when used to the suggested on side of jar. A little goes a long way.! 1 tablespoon per pound is just right! Or becomes a little to salty. Made excellent grilled burgers! Gives a good smokehouse flavor that was good. Will use this again!

The flavor profile was delicious. I added half a tablespoon more than recommended on the package, for burgers and it came out great! I also made wedge fries with olive oil and the seasoning. That was even better! The seasoning had a subtle smokiness and garlic flavor so as not to overpower the dish. I will be using this more on vegetables than meat as the subtle flavors would pair well with any vegetable.
