We are big on simple flavors for seasoning. This is a perfect item to keep it simple when cooking and mixing items. The ingredients are simple but flavor was bold. This is also great to use on all meals. Particularly used for chicken. Came out quite delish!

I used this season when baking some chicken and it was delicious! We are usually a heavy seasoned food household with 4+ different bottles of seasonings. Using this one bottle took the place of all but the salt. I did notice that I didn’t have to use as much salt though. I would definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for extra seasoning without buying all the individual bottles if you’re just going to use it once or twice a month. Will be adding to my restock list.

This blend is very useful for anything requiring garlic and herbs. I use it on chicken, pork, eggs, guacamole and other dips, and, of course, garlic bread. Easy to use and a small amount is all that is needed.

I usually purchase more expensive spices since in my opinion the spices make the flavor of the meal. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Member’s Mark Garlic & Herb seasoning turn out to be. It has the right amount of garlic and herb flavor. It doesn’t overwhelm the flavor it enhances the flavor. I use it on veggies and proteins. The big plus for me is that it is ORGANIC. I am always looking to use organic whenever I can. I will definitely be trying more of the Member’s Mark brand spices.

The organic garlic and herb is nice, but a little spicy. The seasoning has a good color which looks nice for cooking, the organic aspect doesnt't really do anything special, but if that is your thing then it's a plus. The seasoning is definitely more spicy than we were anticipating! So if you are looking for truly garlic and herb without the slice, you may not want to grab this one.

Believe me when I tell you that this seasoning works well on a ton of different foods. I initially was planning to just use it on my proteins. Added some to mashed potatoes and it was top tier. Tastes good on rice as well. I highly recommend it, also has a slight kick that I like.

This seasoning is delicious! It definitely leans Italian with its various herbs within it. But it does have a bit of a kick to it. I gave it 4 stars because of the spice. It is too much for my kids so it isn’t exactly family meal friendly. But other than that, it is a hit and my husband loves it.

Haven’t had a chance to use it on the grill yet but chicken on the skillet has been good. Not too over powering but definitely gave plain chicken a boost. Eager to see what it can do for a burger. Kid approved too!

Member’s Mark Organic Garlic and Herb Seasoning imparts a nice Smokey flavor to vegetable, meat and fish dishes. However, there are some drawbacks. The fact that it’s organic is a plus, but not enough to overcome the fact that salt and sugar are second and third at the top of its ingredients list. For those trying to avoid added salt or sugar, this is kind of a deal-breaker. I like to be able to control the amount of salt in my dishes, and using this product makes that difficult. And I’m not sure why sugar is in there at all. Also, you’re basically paying for a product that is largely not “garlic and herb,” but salt and sugar, making it not very economical in my book.

I tried this Members Mark Organic Garlic & Herb Seasoning on some chicken breast for dinner tonight. I planned to grill them however at the very last minute had to alter my plans and pan fry due to no gas for the grill 🙈. I first marinated by covering the breasts with the garlic and herb seasoning and a little Avacado Oil to stay moist and placing them in a Ziploc bag for the entire day in refrigerator. I then slow cooked them in a pan and added a little bit extra fresh onions to my pan and they came out pretty good. You could definitely taste the actual herbs in the breast and with the paprika spice added to its ingredient statement, it very much gave it a great color. The ingredients on this package are extremely clean with all organic ingredients, using dried garlic, paprika, red pepper, basil, thyme, and a few other miscellaneous. Salt is the #2 ingredient which gives it 100 mg per 1/4teaspoon, which is pretty high on the sodium scale. I personally try to reduce the salt intake when cooking so this was something that wasn’t overly pleasing to me. I’m sure I didn’t use a quarter of a teaspoon on each breast but still being #2 on the ingredient statement you know that it is a huge percentage of the recipe. Other than that, the statement is extremely clean and very pleasing. The overall flavor after cooking did taste good and definitely the herbs did get brought out in flavor. Overall, the flavoring that was given was exactly as it reads herbs. However, I didn’t taste a lot of the garlic.
