Instructions are simple and clear just as the looks and flavor expectation and aroma match the description of this product. Dissolves so easily and can be mixed with more than just water, it's also great with sparkling as a "soda" or any other carbonated beverage.

It is simple and convenient to take anywhere. It helped keep me feeling hydrated without the added sugar, which I really appreciate. Gatorade is a trusted brand, and this is an excellent option for staying refreshed.

I love having them in my purse or backpack so I can throw them in my purse whenever I need a little boost of energy. I really liked the taste and there was no weird aftertaste. Felt super hydrated after having just one and they taste way better then Liquid IV. Good amount of product in one packet!
