I work out a lot, and always have a flavored water ready for when I'm done. I've tried many, and I love the different flavors that Gatorade offers. It dissolves easily and quickly, and the single use are thown in my bag for outdoor activities. I will always be a Gatorade fan!

I just pour them into a water bottle with ice cold water and shake it up! It always dissolves quickly and has zero clumps.
