No strong after-taste. The consistency is what I would expect of a Gatorade product. No worries about the packet itself; is good for staying cool since it is not opaque for light to get into. So storing in any athletic bag or backpack would be fine on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gatorade Zero packets are convenient to keep in my bag in case I need it while I'm out. They mix easily into a bottle of water. The only thing I don't care for is the flavor of this one. Lemon-lime isn't the best Gatorade flavor in general and it leaves a sort of chemical aftertaste because of the artificial sweetener. I wouldn't pick this as my first choice- I would only drink it if I was dehydrated and it was the only option.

They're the perfect serving size for most store bought water bottles and they don't leave any weird aftertaste in your mouth or feel chalky at all. Great for hydration!
