It almost tastes like real strawberries, not much fake flavor which is nice. Prep is easy, pop it in a bottle and shake or stir like mad in a cup (shaking is definitely easier). I don't feel like it gave me any energy, but I feel that way for all energy drinks.

You can use as much water as you want but I'd recommended a single water bottle. Dissolves instantaneously and tastes great! Great for work outs and replenishing electrolytes!
