It definitely helps clinch your thirst where unlike other drinks you’re still thirsty after taking a few sips the texture is a powder before you pour it in the bottle but after it’s super smooth! The smell is super sweet can definitely smell the flavor it is!

Of the different flavors and brands I tried, this one also left a white foam on the top of the bottle after mixing, but there was no clumping or anything. It was easy enough to use, pour the powder in a water bottle and shook it. I thought the white foam on top could be from shaking, but it's been a few minutes now and the foam is still there. Fun and easy to use though, I just was not a fan of the flavor.

Both my partner and I workout, so taking one of these after a good workout is super helpful. The flavor has also been good - not too sweet, but can hold its own if you have a bigger cup of water. And the powder is quick to dissolve (just a few stirs), so you can get that energy asap. I toss one of these in my purse, as I’m terrible at remembering to eat, but sometimes my blood sugar will dip, and I need something to hold me over until I grab a snack or lunch. I’d buy these (and already have).
