It’s easy to slip in my water bottle during or after a workout, or even a hot day. I choose to dilute the packets by adding it to a larger amount of water, and the taste is just as delicious as the Gatorade you get in a bottle.

I love traveling with these and taking them whenever I am. My body feels hydrated and refreshed after taking these. Has a great flavor and no chalky or acidic aftertaste. I like to store these in my trunk just in case anyone needs anything to drink wherever we are.

I only use half of the packet it’s just the right amount of flavor and lasts longer that way! I love that you can take these on the go! They provide hydration and electrolytes.

This flavor actually surprised me a lot. It was actually very delicious. If you’re wanting something different as an electrolyte supplement, I would definitely give it a try
