These do not have any of those problems. The strawberry comes thru with a wonderful flavor. I was surprised how delightful it actually was. It is a nice mix of electrolytes so no complaints here. I filled it up before a long walk with my dog and I stayed very hydrated. Mixing was easy, I just poured it in a water bottle, shook it and and walked. Highly recommend!
