My daughter personally does gymnastics and is usually super thirsty after her sessions and is needing some electrolytes with these drink packets getting their hydration electrolytes in is no problem, especially with on the go Gatorade stick packets. It makes it super easy to throw in a water bottle shake it up and hand over to my daughter, she loves the taste of almost all of these packets and when you open up the packet, you can tell how strong each packet is because you can smell the scent of each flavor as soon as you open the packet all in all this is a great product.

I have limited space in my cabinets and these would be easy to store and also bring on the go. Very easy to mix, just easily open the package and pour it in a water bottle and shake it up. It really gave me the motivation to drink more and stay hydrated having something with a little flavor, and being low calorie. It's something I can share with my kiddos too because it has zero sugar, so it's been really great for us all to stay hydrated especially as the days are getting warmer

I do recommend letting it sit for a couple minutes just so everything dissolves though. The flavor is very refreshing, especially when consumed cold. It has a nice cherry flavor that isn't too sweet and keeps me feeling hydrated and refreshed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gatorade Zero Strawberry Ice flavor is naturally flavored with other flavors. It is a zero sugar product, great for some of the diabetics in my family. The flavor was great, it didn't dissolve completely but did a lot. This is a great summery flavor! Great for moms to carry in their purse and give a little flavor to their kids when it's hot out and they are running around to help quench their thirst!
