The powder dissolves instantly in water and it is so easy to carry in my bag for a quick hydration boost after my workout. What I really liked about this drink packet is that it has no artificial colors, flavors or sugar. The packet dissolved easily in a cold water bottle with just a little shake.

Maybe I didn’t shake it as well as I should, because I got a strong punch of strawberry at the beginning, but then it mellowed out. Still, it kept me hydrated after a workout, and I like the convenience of the flavor packets to get Gatorade in my regular water bottle.

It was refreshing and didn't leave an after taste. It was packaged enough for a water bottle. It dissolved quickly when you poured into the water.
