The variety of flavors are amazing, my kids love it too. They are easy to mix with just with just a few shakes. These packets are so easy to slip into my purse or gym backpack. It also dissolved easily and did not leave much of an aftertaste. It is hydrating on a hot day and can easily fit in your pocket or bag when you are on the go. I would not use it for every bottle of water as it may upset your stomach. I would purchase this again.

Gatorade has the electrolytes that our bodies need to keep us hydrated and moving. There’s no gritty after taste and Strawberry ice is one of my favorite flavors!
