The flavor is excellent, tart and lightly sweet and no real aftertaste. I like to use one of these prior to a workout to make sure I'm getting plenty of electrolytes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasty and gives me energy!? Sign me up. Gatorade is the OG, and receiving these complimentary in exchange for my honest review was a delight. Both my partner and I workout, so taking one of these after a good workout is super helpful. The flavor has also been good - not too sweet, but can hold its own if you have a bigger cup of water. And the powder is quick to dissolve (just a few stirs), so you can get that energy asap. I toss one of these in my purse, as I'm terrible at remembering to eat, but sometimes my blood sugar will dip, and I need something to hold me over until I grab a snack or lunch. I'd buy these (and already have).

One packet provides a 20 oz drink. Strawberry ice is a new flavor for me, and it has a nice blend of sweetness and is refreshing. I like that it has zero sugar and zero calories. I always have one of these packets with me wherever I go! It is so much more convenient than carrying a full size Gatorade bottle around, yet it provides the same benefits.

The flavor is light and not overly sweet, and the electrolyte blend hits fast without feeling thick. Great for quick hydration in these quickly rising temps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this Gatorade is sugar free and also provides hydration. It mixed quite nicely in the water bottle, but I didn't enjoy the taste. It tastes too medicine-like to me. It's just a personal preference. All in all Gatorade is a good brand, I just don't like this flavor. I don't think anyone in my family does.
