It’s great for staying hydrated without the added sugar and I noticed that I also help with Energy during activities. The packaging is leaking also portion control, which helps a lot. Definitely one of my favorite flavors in this lineup.

The flavor is excellent, tart and lightly sweet and no real aftertaste. I like to use one of these prior to a workout to make sure I’m getting plenty of electrolytes.
