I love Sam’s Club spices. I have a lot of spices, I mean a lot. I know they will say you should buy spices in smaller containers, but the spices that I use I use them all the time. This white pepper is no different. I’m so excited they finally started carrying it. Just keep in mind that black pepper and white pepper are very different Flavor profiles. White pepper has a sharper hotter and more earthy Flavored than black pepper does. If you’re making a cream sauce and you don’t want the black specs in there white pepper works beautifully. If you’re doing a clear soup and you want to have the spices just blend in, white pepper will work. I’m hoping that Sam’s Club will continue to carry different spices so I can enjoy it and continue experimenting.

I've come across so many recipes that have called for white pepper, so I was excited to see it offered by Sam's club. Spices are so much more economical there. It has a wonderful flavor and such a different texture and appearance than regular black pepper.

We love white pepper, my daughter and husband use this in many of their foods. They like how fine it is unlike others were you can feel the chunks. The flavor is also amazing and you can just dash it or use a spoon to pour it. The amount for the price was also a great deal.

I had never had white pepper before so I thought I would give it a try. It's very good! It is sharper or more peppery than regular pepper, so start with just a little bit. I like that so much comes in the container so I will be stocked up for years. Very good and seems like it's good quality.

This ground white pepper is very, very finely ground almost like dust. Comes in a convenient container to dash or to spoon. Very compact for easy storage. Its over a pound (1lb 2 oz) the flavor is great. We love pepper use it in almost all my foods. We go through it fast. Definitely recommend it.

I have never used white pepper before but thought let's give it a shot. Decided for the first time Will use it in our roast. It was amazing! I don't think I've had a roast taste this great before. I'm going to say it was due to the white pepper. It just had the most amazing flavor. I'm sold!

The white pepper adds the perfect smokiness to any dish. I like the grind on this pepper as it's fine and doesn't leave large peppercorns chunks in foods - great for kids!

This is a wonderful deal if you cook a lot. We have been making a lot more Asian foods so having more white pepper has been a must. Especially since when going to the store it's hard to find. I wish the taste was a little stronger but we will see how it lasts.
