My husband is experiencing hair loss but hasn't been open to trying much until I came home with this. For some reason he considers this a more manly option. The foam itself is super easy to use and he's been able to apply consistently without the typical forgetting. There's no mess and no fuss with the rogaine foam application. In just under a couple of weeks we both noticed that the thinning patch on top of his head has gotten smaller and overall his hair appears to be much thicker and more reminiscent of what his hair used to look like. We're both thrilled with his results thus far and I'm optimistic that this balding patch will completely disappear in time if he continues to apply it regularly and as directed. I highly recommend Rogaine Foam if you're looking for tangible results from a product that's easy to use and is mess free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product now for two months. As you can see from the before and after pictures, I have been getting some fresh new growth. I’ve been very happy with the results. I place it on my head both in the morning and at night before bed. It is not noticeable when I rub it into my scalp in the morning. It drys very quickly. It does not leave a strange residue or any other odd odors. I’m very happy with the product and will continue using it.

I coach youth football and started noticing that when watching videos tapes of our games (are filmed from the press box so have a top down view) I had a bald spot that was getting more & more noticable every year. I decided to not go down without a fight and tried Rogaine. I noticied from my video tapes this year that my balding spot was not as noticable and is almost gone.

I actually got this for my Mother, due to her hair had diminished from having surgery. She tried several products but nothing seemed to work. She was buying the cheapest products she could find at the local drug store. Being raised during the depression will do that to a person. After using 8 cans of the foam her hair is thicker and fuller than she can remember. She's 87 so she's had a lot of time to know her hair. Hands down this product really works and even though it's a bit expensive, it is well worth the investment. She is no longer embarrassed to go out in public thinking her hair is too thin and what people are thinking. vanity restored!

I have not really tried a lot of hair loss products, but the only one I have tried it's been the Rogaine foam. It smelled good and went on fairly easily there is no residue left after applying, but I just don't think it did much for the hair growth. I was very disappointed in this product because it really didn't do much, but I guess for the price it makes sense.

Searching online found that minoxidil is both FDA-approved and clinically proven to help hair regrowth. Rogaine has minoxidil in a foam form that makes daily application a lot-of-fun: easy to use, absorbs quickly, dries quickly. Fortunately, after 4 months, Rogaine works wonderfully with me. Rogaine regains my hair. The secret here is to apply Rogaine EVERY single day. I am very excited about this experience; and keep telling my family members, friends & co-workers about it. I was skeptical about this product at first, but after the 4 months i would have to say that I was wrong. I applied the product as directed, in the beginning it did look like it was getting worse, after the 4 months there is a big difference. Although it is not completely gone my bald spot hs decreased dramatically.. thank you for choosing me as a product tester. I would recommend this product for men that have this problem and it bothers you. I would say that spending the money for a 6 month supply would be beneficial.

In my "after" photo I allowed my hair to grow out, but do not think it necessarily is thicker. There may be more small, thin white hairs on the top of my head, but I am not certain those will become thick either. Might be worth trying additional months to see results.
